UPDATE: It turns out they were on vacation and I didn't notice a banner or something on their app page with that notice on it. They eventually did get back to me and were helpful in testing and confirming everything was working just in time! Will know after the promotion runs how well the app works but am pleased so far to have found an app so I don't have to hire a developer! I am a new paying customer and have emailed the developers every day for a week trying to get help and haven't heard back from them. I have no idea if what I set up will work and our big promotion is in 3 days.

Very happy with this app so far. It was a little tricky to get my head around at first, but once I had it set up properly, it did exactly what I needed it to do. I can now hide specific shipping postcodes, control where we deliver, and apply shipping discounts without any issues. The support team was great to deal with—quick to get back to me, friendly, and very helpful whenever I had a question. It's made managing our shipping rules much easier and has saved us a lot of time. Would definitely recommend it.

Temur understood my testing conditions and looked into our installation. He was able to verify my rules were working properly in production by sending me a screen shot. It appears we may have had a caching issue on our side, because moments later, I was able to verify my rules were working properly as well. Great Support!

I noticed I was getting a lot of fraudulent orders (with failed payment) with my cheapest product - which was an add on that required another product. I was looking for a way to block people from checking out with that one product in their cart. Sidekick pointed me to this app, and Checkout Rules & Discounts was the answer. Quite a nifty tool. It is very useful and easy to configure. I got one of my payment method customised based on order value and it was achieved in a minute. There are other options to try as well for delivery, discounts and cart validation. Customer support is responsive too.

Fantastic support from Temur, was gonna custom code a solution for me before we figured out we could already do it with the rules they have. He patiently sat with me as I worked through it and tested. Would recommend.

So far this app is functioning as expected. It has taken care of my big issue of when a customer earns free shipping Shopify discounts all shipping methods not just the cheapest. Craftly solved this issues for me as expected and I would recommend.

I’ve tested a lot of checkout validation apps on Shopify looking for a way to properly validate delivery details, and almost all of them had some problem. Either they were too limited, missing features, or didn’t work properly when you tried to use more than one rule per field. Then I came across this app, and it just works. The only thing missing for me was a combined max character limit for the address fields. I asked their live chat if that was possible, and within 30 minutes they had added it. The team is very helpful, and the price is fair. Even if it only prevents one bad order a month, it already saves more time than it costs. I would definitely recommend it.

was dealing with as fraud issue where bots or people would be purchasing a digital item to test stolen credit cards. using this app we were able to make a rule that the digital item can only be purchased with a physical item which resolved our issue. shopify doesnt natively have a solution for the issue so this app did exactly what we needed it to.

I'm still exploring the options, but it can do what I really needed: block unwanted email domains. It has so much more options, which I want to explore: payment customization and delivery customization. Customer support was very quick to help me setup my first rule, within 5 min I had a live rule!
