This is by far the most sophisticated POS app available for Shopify. It is so much superior to Shopify POS, offers a lot of features and support is really trying to help if there is a problem. I just renewed my subscription for another 2 years and am happy to continue using ConnectPOS. What I like the most: This app works mot only on smartphones and tablets like ShopifyPOS. It can also be installed on desktop computers. For us this is essential in high-volume seasons as we can connect all our devices such as scanner, label printer and cash drawer directly with POS. Highly recommended App!

This product is awesome so far, easy to setup, there support are friendly and quick to respond, very knowledgeable with their software, you can't ask for more, been talking to jennifer most of the time, It's easy to setup if you have shopify account inventory integration is easy pezzy make your life easy, no stress friendly and super customizable software. I think it's better than shopify POS, and let you integrate with their platform, price is cheaper than other Saas platforms like lightspeed .... I really recommend

Works great with Shopify. Has many features that we couldn't find in other apps. Support has been quick to answer questions and resolve any issues.

Cette caisse connectée avec Shopify est un atout pour moi qui participe à un salon de temps en temps dans l'année. Déjà, on peut souscrire uniquement le mois où l'on en a besoin ce qui limite le coût. Ensuite, l'application a une interface classique de caisse. Beaucoup de choses sont configurables comme les produits et/ou catégories affichées. On peut créer des clients. La caisse est accessible aussi bien depuis le navigateur que depuis l'application. On peut créer ses propres moyens de paiement. J'ai eu un petit bug de synchronisation de produits. L'équipe technique a été super réactive en 1h, c'était réglé. Je recommande en alternative à la caisse native de Shopify qui n'est pas aussi aboutie que Connect POS et qui n'est pas accessible via navigateur.

Customer service team is helpful and respond quickly. I've had some issues during setting the system up, but they quickly got me into an on boarding session with Mia and will provide direct support with meetings over two weeks if I need them for further help. I'm pretty sure I've got everything set up 100% now after my first meeting with Mia! Their chat feature is also quick and helpful. The system is just different to set up from our old one and after having a walk-through I understand it more.

So far in the trial, it looks like it meets all my needs. Really good system, good sell screen, Instant with shopify. I like it alot it just needs more options for credit card processors to use tips. Mia gave amazing support very helpful.

This is a great system with Shopify if you want your pos on a PC i have been looking for one for a long time, and the customer service is fantastic every step of the way

It was a bit touch and go at first but we needed a unique POS solution to our wholesale only business. Shopify POS just wouldnt cut it for multiple employees without giving them shopify admin access which we didnt want. ConnectPOS seemed to do what we wanted. However we got stuck affter the free trial because we were not clear on whats included on the standard plan. Thankfully with a proper onboarding program by Hana we were able to make the adjustments to set things up as best we could. but it is actually better than shopify pos as a user experience. Our field team is finally able to submit orders swiftly on trading terms and we are very happy Hana came and rescued us. I also LOVE the live chat as someone is always there to talk to you. Customer Service feels really polished. Would love to see how ConnectPOS enhances its offering to be more wholesale store friendlier as its quite uncommon in shopify land anyway...

Honestly, not far into using the service yet, but their chat support has been very helpful in getting things set up. I'm excited to finally have a POS I can use on our windows computers for our Shopify store. Everything I see so far leads me to believe this is going to be a game changer for our store.

We were looking into the Shopify POS but did not want to have to use an iPad. Found ConnectPOS and it is going great so far. Fantastic support from Lucy and can run the App on our new iMac. Is very well integrated with Shopify too. Will update when we have used it a little longer but so far so good!

Great support from Mia in regards to getting set up and troubleshooting some issues I was having. She went the extra mile to ensure I had a resolution and guided me through configuring our POS. If you plan to use it on a desktop, I recommend installing the dedicated App rather than the browser-based version. It's significantly better.

I am testing with ConnectPos for my physic POS. At this moment everything works great, although there are some problems happened. But I am very pleased because support team help me very much for fixing them quickly. I will make a try to use ConnectPOS in my store soon.

Very good alternative to Shopify's current POS system. Customer service is also excellent. In case of problems or ambiguities, a solution is sought the same day. They also support you with remote assistance by taking over your computer. Recommended!

Just installed this app so can't comment on functionality etc yet however already have received excellent customer service from Natalie. Apart from assiting with initial enquiry she took the time to understand and suggested other technical support with the software.

The customer support is extremely great, they took me over baby steps and explain every bit in a simplified way (almost Idiot-Proof). With the all features I required to comply with Local regulation and dual Language issues, the time consumed to resolve was much faster than I expected or anticipated. Well, we have only been using it for a week & I'm confident it will be great for us. We use Shopify, which we love; however, we were disappointed they only have apps for a POS system to use on phones & tablets. We had been looking for a long time at alternatives which weren't great, but ConnectPOS seems to be fantastic. We use it on a Chromebook & it works great! We have already upgraded to utilise the draft order function. We have customers that come in & drop off things for repairs & we charge them once they pick up. You can also do a lot on the free version, so I definitely recommend.

I Love this APP! I have a wholesale company and finally opened a physical shop. This app has allowed me to have all my products in thsystem with out much effort. The set up was easy with the help from Claire! She gave me her Whatsapp number and told me to message any time. when I do message she always responds quickly. Thank you Claire and ConnectPOS!

The app design is simple to pick up and even greater than Shopify POS. Even you have no idea about how it works and how to play with it, the customer service and sales team are both very knowledgeable, they are always ready to help you solve the questions. Video calls and educational videos are always on your side to help.

POS is the best we have used so far! There is a slight learning curve, but the staff is very quick to resolve any issues, even if you are the issue! If you need a desktop based POS system, this is it!
