App auto-approved a ton of applicants, messed up our Ambassador program. in the landing page it doesn't have an option for the creators to add their social handles, how are we supposed to check them out and verify if they are a good fit? Support takes ages to answer, i sent a messagefew days ago, auto reply says they would reply to me 24hr later but it's been like 4 days and for those reasons we won't be using or recommending the app. Thanks for your feedback. The app is set to auto-approve by default, so nothing was done wrong on your end. Since you mentioned you were uninstalling, we didn’t realize you still needed additional support — apologies for the delay. Wishing you the best with your Ambassador program going forward.

Very easy and straightforward. One VERY important aspect is missing: ability to approve brand ambassadors as so not anyone can just join and give themselves discounts.. It needs to be by approval only..

Easy. Simple. French option. By far the less complicated version of an affiliate program for shopify.

This app is super user friendly and very easy to use. I installed in in minutes and the support team was there to help answer any questions I had! We are already seeing sales from our ambassadors!

It's simple but it's solid. We built out a cash incentivized rewards program and launched it SO fast with no issues. Rarely happens with apps, thus the review.

We currently have a Pro Staff Program within our company. We wanted a way to encourage and reward them by giving them an incentive. This program is perfect. You can set the percent they give and receive. It’s like having your own salesman.

Truly love the simplicity of this app, they don't over complicate things unlike other apps. Just hoping that they'll decrease the price of their plans a bit in the future.

I like the app so far because I was set up immediately by it walking me through setting up my account, not a demo. What I do not like so far is that paypal seems to be the only payout method from what I can see. I will continue to explore.

This is the first app I have rated on Shopify and its due to the great experience I have had so far. It is simplistic, yet powerful, and best of all the development team (Eddy) is very open to suggestions and making sure the app is highly functional! If you are looking for an Ambassador management system, this is a great place to start!

Easy to set up. Took 2 mins. You just give people 1 link and they get to choose their own COUPON code and it gives them their refrral link. Easy for ambassadors to self sign-up.

Adding the app was seamless. I can't wait to see how well it will track various ambassador payouts.
