Custom Form Builder by Websyms

Amazing app, but even more impressive is that the customer service was impeccable. Ravinder went above and beyond to assist me with my issues, and I am so happy I found this app with such exceptional customer support. Highly recommend.

Thanks support team for fixing the issues

Very Accommodating and the App works great too and easy to customize too since it not to complicated

Excellent form builder app with personalized coding support for specific needs. Great customer service.

We have trouble when add custom css but the support was helpful. The apps running well and customizable. Worth the price!

I needed to add personalization for products in a certain collection. This worked great, as I needed to add a couple of form fields for the customer to fill out. The developer went over and above the call of duty to help me. Much appreciated! New update on 8-25-22: After the move to 2.0 and a new Theme, they were again very responsive and implemented for us in a timely fashion. Easy to connect with them, and they offer excellent service.

I really appreciate the customer support, beside the app is very nice and usefull ++++++++++++++++++++++

Installed the App a while back, but since then have noticed some issues on the website score aswell as the search and page loading, some pages do not respond, and after doing some digging we found out that its the App. have since removed it but the issue still persists apparently the app makes changes on the them and only the developer can help.

The app does what I need, but the app has a very negative impact on page load score. My webpage speed became unacceptably low immediately after installing. I still haven't found a replacement, though, so my site continues to get horrible speed rankings (and, yes, even google's developer tools point to this app as the cause of the slow loading). Fix that and this is easily 5 stars.

App works great, customer support was very knowledgeable and helped us get it incorporated into our website code!

Great appli ! Great team ! This s an application very usefull and cheap , i recommend it ! You can !

Unlimited use of the forms, we love the flexibility and customization, but wish it has more detailed tutorial for setup, ran into concern and reach out to developer which quickly addressed the issue, so bravo on that, thanks.

l'app funziona perfettamente, inoltre ho trvato un ottima assistenza tecnica. Ottim configurazione del contact form.

I am looking for an app that would let my clients book an appointment online without paying upfront. This app is what I was looking for. It is easy to use and easy to customize. Customer support is very excellent. I wish there were more selection of fonts though. Thank you!

a great app, very flexible design options and a great team who is very efficient at helping you quickly with any tech issues!

Very nice app :-) It has all the necessary features. Great support team. I will use this app in my other store also.

La app dejó de funcionar, no deja abrir ningún archivo enviado y no deja crear ningun formulario ni tampoco editarlos. Por si fuera poco, no tienen un espacio para dar soporte.
