Customify ‑ Custom Product App

J'ai eu besoin de faire un template personnaliser, Customify l'a fait en peu de temps. Je recommande cette application. Une autre fois j'ai eu un soucis technique, pareil le problème a été réglé très vite après une demande chez eux

I love this app, this has completely transformed the way my customers are able to use my website / personalise the products. This has been the best app that I have installed on my site. When there has been issues with the personalisation they help to fix any issue. For me the only downside is that we are in Sydney so you have to wait for the help as not in same timezone.

So far it is working well. Had a technical issue but support team was quick to fix it.

We thought that Customify was a good product but due to our design needs, it may be easier to work directly with customers to get something they are happy with. So we changed from the paid to free plan as we weren't using it. I believe that the hallmark of a good company is what they do when there is an issue. In this case, we were charged for a month's subscription after we had downgraded the plan. Customify were onto this immediately after I raised it and refunded us within a couple of days. Absolutely 5 star service - no questions asked. I was so happy and would use them again.

This app States that it has pricing options and Bulk order, what it fails to tell you is that those options are to integrate with another app that has those options. hasan was happy to refund our subscription and very helpful to resolve our issue.

The Customify team is truly helpful, working tirelessly to understand you and your needs and offer solutions. This is more important than the service itself; while the app can be a bit challenging to understand, you quickly become familiar with it, and Hasan is always available to support and guide you.

Hasan and the Customify team have been very responsive to our needs. We have been in the print-on-demand business for 14+ years and this app has been the best one for the price that we have used on Shopify. Nice work, Customify!

It's a really good app to use for my website. The service is amazing. I asked for a few changes to make it perfect for my product and they can make it all possible. We are working on a few adjustments now but i'm sure this will be no problem with them. Definitely worth a try.

This is hands-down one of the most solid and mature Shopify apps I've encountered. The app delivered on every customization need I had, I was able to achieve exactly what I envisioned without making any compromises. Hasan provided incredibly helpful assistance with responses that were both concise and precisely targeted to my needs. The turnaround time was impressively fast, which made the entire experience seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend this app.

I have looked at a number of customisation apps for shopify but have found Customify to be the most flexible for me and for what i want to achieve. I have a lot of wood products which can be laser engraved, I wanted the ability to charge depending on the complexity of customer customisations as well as on multiple sides of the products. The support have been amazing in helping and providing some extra enhancements and is quick to respond. The only thing I would like is a more complete help guide in understanding what all the functions and options actually do - as I don't use them all, and don't know what some of them do.

Customify is a very useful app for any online store that is looking to customize merchandise for it's customers. The app is affordable and works as intended. However, the biggest reason the app gets five stars is the incredible support if you need any help. Hasan has helped me several times and has been incredibly quick, responsive, and professional.

Super application de personnalisation de produit, une fois que nous avons bien compris le fonctionnement, ce module de personnalisation est vraiment complet avec la possibilité de paramétrer plusieurs options à chaque produit. j'ai essayé 5 modules de personnalisation avant Customify , je devais attendre pratiquement 24h00 pour avoir une réponse et la plupart des réponses il faut attendre 1 à 2 mois pour la future mise à jour sur des choses primordiales et certaine chose ce n'est pas possible sans prendre le temps. Le support de customify est hallucinant Kamal et son équipe m'a répondu le dimanche en 1h00 et à pris beaucoup de temps pour m'aider dans mes besoins... à ce jour C'EST LE MEILLEUR SUPPORT DE SHOPIFY que j'ai pu avoir.

Customify is the answer, if you're searching an affordable and easy-to-set-up solution. The result on our website is, what we had been looking for and so far, our clients are happy too. Also, the support team is really great and very responsive (Hasan Kamal, this one's for you !). I'd of course have a few things to say, but so far, I have been satisfied.

The Customify Engine works great! We needed to do a little tweaking to the CSS to make it work and behave nicely with our custom template, but Hasan from support was able to guide us expertly through that process in an efficient and very timely manner. Every question we had or request for help that we submitted was taken excellent care of! Thank you!

So far this App has been great. I tried a couple of other customizer tools prior and all of them were missing one thing or another. Customizer has everything I needed already built and best of all their customer support is very good and responsive so if you do run into a something out of the ordinary the support team is a click away. OK WOW! BUY THIS APPLICATION I waited quite a while to post a review, because I like to use the application for a while, get a good feel for the support, and make sure it works well in a live environment. All of these are great and the application is amazing. I have put this support team through the paces in adding, removing and changing many aspects of this application. Every time they have come through in the end with flying colors. I am a programmer in a previous life, so I understand that you have to have a certain amount of patience depending on what your asking for to fix or change, and sometimes the doctor does not make the best patient. That being said, Heri's team (I feel like I know him personally), has done a yeoman's job in getting all the programming completed, and I have an application that I think is absolutely amazing, and I'm not done yet. The only thing that I would say requires some effort, is the time difference between me and the support/customization team (Heri). I live in Florida and the support team is 12hrs ahead. This can be frustrating at times, but overall the team has worked through those issues, and has been very responsive in spite of this difference. BUY THIS APPLICATION, and give your customers an amazing experience. Thanks Customify team for all your hard work, I look forward to a future of more changes, and more exciting advancements in what is already a great application.
