Uplinkly Digital Downloads

Outstanding support I contacted Uplinkly today about an issue with Gmail trimming parts of the digital book delivery emails sent to customers from my Shopify store. Michael responded incredibly quickly, investigated the problem and worked with me throughout the day to find a solution. What particularly impressed me was that he didn't simply offer generic advice — he actually created a customised email template for my store, made further adjustments as we tested it, and set it up so the wording changes automatically depending on whether a customer orders one digital book or several. After testing different combinations, everything is now working exactly as I wanted, and the changes also appear to have solved the original Gmail issue. The level of customer service was exceptional. Michael was friendly, patient and extremely responsive throughout, with replies arriving within minutes. Uplinkly Digital Downloads was already a very useful app for delivering our digital books, but support like this makes a huge difference. Highly recommended.

Been using uplinkly for several years now, in the beginning there were come bugs, but over the last 2 years i havent had any problems. Their customer service is really good, really fast, super easy how it syncs to Shopify.

I can't express how happy I am with this app. I've been using it for several years on numerous stores. The features of the app are great, making it very easy to sell/provide digital products, which make a significant portion of our revenue stream, and the service is spectacular. This is one of the few apps I always always install immediately in every new store I set up.

I use this app to provide digital patterns to my customers. I have been using this app for months and it is great. No problems. Questions are answered promptly by their support team (they are also very friendly). I'm on their free plan which allows for 10 free product listings (and also has a lot less restrictions compared to other competitors' free plans). I'm coming close to that 10 but I will have no problem transition to their paid plan as it is affordable and their app has been essential for my store.

This app solves our problem and is very easy to use. Customer service is also fast, responsive and helpful.

I only sell digital downloads so the quality of a download app is critical. This app has allowed me to create a seamless and customized journey for my customers. I'm always worried when I get a new app - afraid of what lies ahead when it comes to customization and customer service. But, this app? It's far exceeded my expectations. We have few plugins and apps on our shop. BUT Uplinkly is BY FAR THE BEST APP ON SHOPIFY. We sell digital products and Michael and his team are absolutely amazing. The app is great, downloads and file management is easy to follow and has no flaws. I will recommend it to everyone who are looking for file management for download products and best service! I absolutely LOVE and swear by this App! If you have e-courses, e-books, pdf or almost any digital product for sale, this is the App for you!!! I love that I'm able to see when a customer has downloaded and how many times, as well as control the availability.

The price point is a perfect fit-- in terms of customer service, all questions on our setup were answered IMMEDIATELY-- they also came up with ideas for customer access beyond what is described and we have now leapfrogged over the competition. If I could give this app 10 stars, I would. Easily the best app and customer service experience I've had so far on Shopify. The app itself is a dream for adding digital downloads to products. It's easy to use and understand, with lots of options that were important to me such as 1) using links instead of uploading files; 2) being able to edit the titles of downloads; 3) and making downloads available at checkout. But what really blew me away was Michael's support. He went above and beyond to make my downloads both look AND function exactly as I wanted. He was quick, responsive, collaborative, and genuinely willing and happy to make ANYTHING work. If you need to deliver digital files to customers, don't bother testing out the other apps. This one is a true gem!

The Uplinky app is fantastic, but my comments will address how amazing and selfless their customer support is, because I cannot think of a single customer support experience in my life, where an agent has done so much more than helping with the issue I contacted them about. Needless to say, I highly recommend Uplinky!

I used the app to upload quilt patterns to my Sweet Waddy Jane shop. Michael stuck with me as we problem solved through an error I made when originally uploading the file. It's all fixed, and his patience, competence and persistence was much appreciated.

This is simply the best download app on shopify and I've pretty much tried or tested every single one of them. I'm selling PDFs and it provides everything I want, from file encryption to PDF stamping. I had a few problems with a security setting (acually an Adobe Acrobat reader bug) and Michael sorted it out very quickly. The support on this app is amazing. I can't recommend it enough if you want to sell PDFs with very good security against copying. Thanks so much for your honest review! Great to hear you can delivery your PDFs securely. The app itself works like a charm. Definitely a welcome upgrade from Shopify's free Digital Download app. We needed to 1) host multiple files per product, 2) assign the same file to multiple products, and 3) product our servers from link sharing. Uplinkly does all that! Plus it's not butt ugly. By far the biggest advantage of going with Uplinkly is the personalized support. Michael has gone above and beyond to help us integrate, even providing input on website tweaks arguably out of the scope of the app. Incredible experience, and we're looking forward to a long term relationship. I like everything. A good application and it's good that you can increase or decrease the tariff plan depending on the quantity of goods and the place. It was difficult for me to find an application for my large volume. And this is completely fine. When I could not understand something, the responsive support service solved my questions and helped me find what I was looking for. I also liked the interface. There are many features that are not available in the standard application. Fabulous feedback! We've worked on making sure the interface is easy, but has all those features people love. I have uses this app for handling automatic downloads of music scores for around a year by now. It is easy to handle, reasonable prices for a small business like mine, and the support has always been first class. Quick, helpful and very competent. They even have added new features based on my questions to the support. Recommended.
