Intuitive, fast and by far the best search tool for large catalogues, we have been using Doofinder for over a year now, recently we had a theme upgrade and it caused some issues with loading, there customer service is second to none and the issue was addressed and solved so quickly, thanks to Tau, Victor and the team.
I can honestly say that this app has transformed the usability of our website. We got called about a trial just at the prefect time when I was frustrated with the native search capabilities of default Shopify and the vast variation of our products and about to search for a solution, either through an app or looking into getting something customer built. I am so glad we went with it because it not only have customers been loving how they browse our website again but also the staff find it a breeze to use, even when they don't work with our online inventory. Lindsay was amazingly helpful. She took the time to answer my concerns and all of my questions with clear and concise explanations. Anything that she couldn't answer directly, she consulted their team and got back to me so quick. We've had it live for a few months now and I don't know how we didn't have it before.
Amazing app, and awesome team behind it! This app vastly improves the look and feel of our sites, and is far superior than Shopify's native search bar. The team has been super helpful with setup and helping me understand how to use and optimize it and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!
Works very well as a smart search tool for our customers, which is very important for us as we have several thousand products with minor differences and their search shows the relevant products well, even if the consumer mis typed something or put in a typo. Customer Support from the app was very responsive and helpful too to explain features or to help troubleshoot any issues we were facing.
This app really elevates the look and feel of our website. It is night and day when compared to the standard Shopify search bar. Brian was with us every step of the way during the one month free trial to answer any questions and help us get the most from the app. Super easy to use and easy to customize as well! Our online store has over 20,000 products and we have tried numerous search apps. Doofinder is by far the most robust option. They also have great customer support.
Easy to use, really upgraded our search (we use enterprise tier), and pricing structure is fair and simple to understand.

We have been trialling Doofinder now for 30 days and have found it very good to use, and it has clearly improved the search engine over the whole site. Byron has been very helpful and communicative as needed and we have now subscribed for a further 2 months to see how much of a positive impact it makes for our customer. We look forward to refining the system further and using the huge amount of knowledge it provides us about our customers search habits.
Great intelligent search bar with amazing customer support and very cool functions. We had a 30 days trial recently which was quite promising, so we go for another 3 months with basic plan for an extended trial. Just a very good experience so far.
We have enhanced our keyword search capabilities; previously, we relied on Shopify's default search, which lacked broad keyword matching. Doofinder has effectively addressed this issue. Additionally, it offers a powerful feature known as dynamic banner, serving as an excellent substitute for traditional pop-ups. Throughout the training, Andrew was immensely helpful. His prompt responses and proactive follow-ups offered timely advice for our promotions. Ferrán also provided significant assistance. The entire Doofinder team has been incredibly supportive, instilling confidence in our use of this app. Our heartfelt thanks to all.
We have been using this app for over nearly 40days now and it has been fantastic. It has made a massive improvement to the useability of our website. Having checked out the site search competition, we recently trialed Doofinder and we are now pushing it live on our ecommerce site. As a business we can be quite demanding but Byron was always ready to commit his expertise, time and patience to make sure we were fully confident that Doofinder was the right choice and that we were working with a company that understood our requirements and didn't just see us as a monthly cheque. Byron & Doofinder dealt well with some early technical glitches which bodes well for the future as they remained approachable and solution-focused throughout this trial and configuration phase. We are looking forward to optimising our Doofinder configuration even further going into the busiest part of the year, to make the most of a lightning fast and clearly very intelligent system. Happy to give 5 stars at this stage. If I had to point out one area of improvement, I'd say the reporting is a little sparse in comparison to the competition but excellent core functionality at a responsible price, trumps reporting every time.
Customer service was fantastic, had numerous calls with Byron who was able to guide us through, showing us how to access the stats, the numerous functions of the app, etc. Really easy to set up and a great addition to our bookshop website overall. Hopefully if customers find it easier to find the book they are looking for they are more likely to buy it :)
Starting my second month with Doofinder and it seems to be creating more interaction with our website. The search function is really beneficial both for our customers and internally with staff. Easier to locate products and find what you need quickly when showing customers. Lindsay was great during the onboarding process. She was very knowledgeable and really helped with the learning curve. I would recommend Doofinder to anyone with an e-commerce website with lots of products.

This is a nice addition to our website. We did the 30 days trial and was very happy with the result. Searching for a particular rug design was so much easier now. Worked well with my ecommerce search specialist, Phoebe M. She really took the time to study our site and listened to what was important to us and implemented them. I am giving this app 5 stars primarily because of one particular Doofinder support person. His name is Radu and if you are so lucky to have him as your Doofinder liaison, then you have struck gold! If the rest of the Doofinder staff are as amazing as Radu then this is one very lucky company. Radu practically led me by the hand from start to finish during the Doofinder orientation. We explored every awesome nuance of the app. From basic search parameters to the program's comprehensive analytics tools. Now, given that I am not the most up-to-date, erudite fellow around, Radu has to be given full marks for his patience and understanding while teaching me the ins and outs, but he persevered. I've still got more to learn but daily I'm blown away at the advantages I have now have in terms of being cognizant of who is searching for what and from where. This app has great potential and is certainly a game changer for me!
We need to make the search experiance on our site better. After looking at alot of different options we found Doofinder to be the one for us. We were supported amazingly by their team and most importantly Tahnee who was our rep was knowledgeable and extremely easy to get on with. Overall a great experiance for us.
Do you ever run across a product or service which you never knew you needed and once you try it you wonder how you ever lived without it? This is how it was with us and Doofinder. I always thought that a search bar was a search bar, but was I ever wrong! Doofinder takes search to a whole new level and helps customers navigate our 1000 SKU webstore with complete ease. After only a few days it paid for itself with numerous sales that resulted directly from a Doofidner search. It was super simple to integrate and the few tiny issues that crept up were dealt with immediately by their support staff. Shout out to Lindsay who is an excellent account manager! She did a great job explaining the features and benefits, was totally on top of everything during onboarding and made the whole experience a total joy. Regardless of the size of your store, I highly recommend Doofinder.
This is only my second month with Doofinder installed and I can already see the benefits. There is a lot more interaction on my website, time spent on it has increased and this will all help with SEO. It makes it a lot more user friendly for the customer to navigate their way around too. I have yet to get into all the added features but the guys at Doofinder are incredibly helpful. Liam was by far one of the best agents I have dealt with on any platform. No sugar coated sales jargon, just plain simple facts on Doofinder and to be honest, it sells itself. The opportunity to trial it for free for the first month is a testament to that.

Dealt with Ricardo, Very helpful with breaking down the stats and deciding what's best for our company. Some information like search bar statistics is available via Shopify analytics but this is presented in a better way for quick reading and comparison. Product recommendations and adding custom business rules to tailor the results is very handy! Would recommend so far but yet to analyse before and after sales data to determine long term value.

Nice Fluid transition from our old service provider to DooFinder with help from our rep FRANE. Doofinder has a nice looking theme and easy to understand functionality. Redirection rules in DooFinder help our customers find what products they are looking for.
After a move to an entirely new online template for my website, I had an overwhelming amount of navigation programming to do. It kept getting pushed back due to other pressing priorities. Resulting in a significant decrease in online sales! It was at this time the Jorge from Doofinder reached out to discuss the benefits of the Doofinder app. The timing could not have been more serendipitous. I am typically a skeptic of all such calls. But Jorge was easy to talk to and there was no pressure and his product was exactly what I needed. He suggested I take advantage of the 30d trial. I did! There were the usual teething troubles at the beginning of the project, but that's to be expected as I sell one of a kind pieces. HOWEVER as a search it is very impressive. Went enterpise as need collections shown too. Big shout out to Byron for guiding me to the perfect search bar for antique jewellery. He is the real gem!

An excellent addition to our site, has been a great help to our customers. Our site has thousands of products, so needs really useful search functionality to find it all, and Doofinder does that for us perfectly. It has many useful features that we had not even thought about beforehand, that we now cannot do without, such as combining synonym search results, banners, and dynamic reranking to highlight specific products at the top of search results. Also, the redirection to pages on your site that wouldn't come up as a product in the search results is incredibly useful. Shaun from Doofinder helped us a lot with getting to grips with all the features and was very attentive to our requests for help or information, only a phone call or an email away.

This app can appear intimidating at first because it does much more than I bargained for however, Jorge has been overly attentive scheduling multiple Google Meet meetings with me to go over every feature to ensure I understand how to get the most utility out of this app. I was also provided with his direct line and two different support desks. He gave great advice to start manipulating the backend of the app to fit my needs little by little. I am excited to see how this app performs for our older less technologically savvy customers. While writing this review, an older gentleman called in and referenced how great the tech is on the site :)

I LOVE this search app. I'm using the basic plan. It has made finding products very easy on our site. It also makes our site feel faster. Customer service is great and fast to respond. We even have an account manager that replies directly to emails. Your site needs this.

We don't normally buy Apps from tele sales calls BUT in this case I'm glad we did. Egor was excellent at leading us through the installation and trial period process. This App actually works well and resolved our search issues on a premium Shopify theme. Great tool at a reasonable cost effective price. It really is a great tool to have on a shopify store.
Just signed up for the enterprise level solution. We wanted a smart bar finder but was not expecting such great service up front. Egor helped us install the solution, tweaked it from his end. Then followed up on several occasions to show us how everything worked, all the options on the backend, as well as day to day processes we can use to help capture lost sales though search bar data. The support on this product exceeded my expecations by a mile. Would recommend this to anyone and everyone that needs a better search bar. Egor went above and beyond with our support in every way, highly recommend asking for him =)
