Honestly, I’ve nevr seen app support like this. It feels like the team never sleeps. Whenever I send a message in the chat they get back to me so quickly. I also haven’t had any issues with the app so far. Everything has been working well.

The app and the team are truly a gem for Shopify. We spent hours chatting with John, and he was so patient and made sure everything was working well for our store. We told him what we were looking for, and he asked for access. Within just a few hours, he had everything set up for us and handed it back to us. We didn’t have to lift a finger! We’re super satisfied with the effort and customer care he showed us.

THE SUPPORT TEAM IS THE BEST! I'm kind of a non-tech person. I just asked how to do this and how to do that. I gave them access, and they set everything up for me. I did not move a single needle. Everything is set up and working perfectly fine.

Impressed merchant here. The app is simple, easy to understand, and easy to configure. Everything is right there in front of you. I’m really impressed by Nula’s dedication. She stayed up late to fix the issue with my store and kept me in the loop until I said, “It’s all good.”

the app is great and working well no issue by far. usually you install an app and youre kind of on your own unless something goes wrong. but with this one, I actually felt like there was someone on the other side. support is really good and they reply fast. well done.

Good support can make or break an app, especially when payment-related functionality is involved, so this was important to us. The support team is almost suspiciously responsive. Sometimes I feel like they’re waiting for me to find another question so I can message them again LOL. I would recommend giving it a try. Very happy that we found this app.

Nula from support reached out to me while I was still completing the onboarding steps, asking if I had any special needs or expectations from the app. The app itself is working well for what we need, but the support is definitely what stood out to me the most.

THIS IS IT. I was honestly skeptical at first because the app was relatively new and didn’t have a review but I decided to give it a try. So far, I’m really happy that I did. So far, it’s been a really positive experience. I’ll definitely update this review later as we use the app more, but for now I’m very happy with the decision to give it a chance.
