I got a little confused during setup (mostly because I'm new to Shopify honestly) but support answered me in like 15 minutes. Everything's working now..
What I like most about VOL Shipping Protection is that it is simple. Some apps feel bloated or difficult to configure, but this one was for beginner level.
Support deserves a special mention. I've never seen such a dedicated team in a Shopify app tbh. Nula from support reached out to me while I was still completing the onboarding steps, asking if I had any special needs or expectations from the app. The app itself is working well for what we need, but the support is definitely what stood out to me the most.

Chatifai is a really useful AI chatbot solution. The setup is simple, and it makes it easy to add AI-powered conversations and support features. I especially like how responsive and user-friendly it feels. The free plan is also a great way to test the platform before upgrading. Overall, a solid tool for businesses looking to improve customer engagement with AI.

Seventy-one orders in the window and three of them came off the AI pages. Four percent of the business, out of something I never paid to advertise on. What I find more interesting is 3,698 bot visits against 178 products — they are not finding us once, they keep coming back for another look.
