The app is very help when researching products and other instances concerning orders.

Team is helpful and willing to investigate any issues when they come up. It is nice to have a reliable partner.

I’ve had a very positive experience so far using Dripshipper. Their customer service team is efficient and responds relatively quickly whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, the dropshipping process has been smooth and easy to manage. The only small critique I would offer is that I wish there were more detailed resources or guidance on navigating the platform. In the early stages, I didn’t feel the FAQs provided quite enough direction, especially for new users learning the system.

This is a really easy to navigate system, especially with the AI built in to help. Excellent products, great service, with a lot of options.

The App is easy to install. Connecting products is a breeze.

Dripshipper app did use colors I asked for when I made my purchase. When I had issues and contacted them, they were able to answer my questions. The service I purchased was completed after I did have to prove I purchased the service; give screen shots, purchase amount, prove it was cleared through my bank as paid, and date ordered/paid in full to receive the service. I did have to follow up with the Dripshipper app team to get the service completed though.

The customer support and service needs work. They constantly ask you to repeatedly.do things that don't work or resolve your issues. If more was done to investigate the root issues. I.e. invoices not showing paid my Customer issue could have been resolved weeks ago.

Dripshipper is not just a great app to help any coffee enthusiast create their own store and unique brand, but they also provide a ton of support and strategic guidance to help you scale your business. You get a great team behind you!

Good and fast Support and Service and they try to help in any possible way. App is working really good, just one small issue is the Shipping Carrier is missing in the API transfer from app to shopify therefore if your company is not in a country with USPS you have an issue with the carrier, but rest is working finde and again. The support is really good. We are looking forward for more features.

I have used this program for years and have loved it. More options on labels (including color) and more options for single serve and single serve packaging would be great but beyond that, I am very happy with the service.
