Great app, The delivery percentage is better than others in market.

There is no customer support. No response on the contact details mentioned on their website. There is no way you can contact them for any issues. Its been more than 12 days and my store has not been approved and my first order is still pending because I can't approve the order. Unprofessionalism at its peak. I am not sure how they have survived so far.

"Totally Scam" never use this, when your order is delivered they'll list it as Rto and take full money themselves

They are not receiving the calls and not even responding to the queries.

Do NOT use this app if you care about your business! I had a customer order a women's dress through them. Not only did the item take over 10 days to deliver, but the material quality was absolutely terrible. The customer immediately asked for a return. I have spent the last 4 to 5 days repeatedly trying to contact their support agents. Zero response. Zero replies. Now, out of nowhere, an agent finally tells me that returns are not available! How are Shopify merchants supposed to trust you and sell your products when your quality is bad and your support is non-existent? You are ruining our store reputations. Avoid this app at all costs!

Great app for dropshipping. Nice team supports well and resolves the issues.

Avoid this dropshipper. A clear scammer. First of all, poor support. The primary number is switched off. Secondary number goes to a choot named Anupam, who talks like he's high. My money has been stuck for a month. No way to withdraw in spite of a verified bank account. Fake RTOs at epidemic levels. No NDR management, no reconciliation. No returns. If a customer is unhappy, you have to pay from your pocket. Trust me guys, avoid this one like a plague.

Very poor experience with the app. Faced order sync issues immediately after installation — one order stayed pending while another failed to sync completely. Tried contacting support via phone and email but received no response. You may lose customers as well as your store reputation because orders are not processed properly and support is unavailable.

Very good platform for reselling. The dashboard is better than other drop shipping apps. Product pricing is good and the payments are also regular.

**Very Bad Experience – Fake & Wrong Product Delivered** I had a terrible experience with Dropship India. I received a completely **fake product**, and on top of that, it was **not even the item I ordered**. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Their service is unreliable, and it feels like they are misleading customers. I tried contacting their support team via phone and email, but the response was either delayed or not helpful at all. Their support contact number is always switched off, and there has been no response to support emails either. The experience has been PATHETIC for the last few weeks. The people in the organization do not respond at all to phone calls, messages, and emails - including the account manager. Very UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour. I have been following up with them for the past ~ 20 days for some information - they simply do not pick up. It's my request to their management that they give me a contact number of someone who responds. I had to resort to writing this review after multiple follow-ups.
