Everything works as advertised and the customer service is amazing! being able to chat or email with support has been a big plus! Love all the options and conditions so you can really tailor the experience and visual for you store.

This app is outstanding! Easy to us the user interface is really user friendly, and it has an incredible number of customizations. The pricing tier is great! Customer service is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable! This is a keeper for sure!
There's a reason they have a 5-star rating, not my 5-star, across the board. They treated me like I checked into the Four Seasons. Complete white glove service, and it made me realize within the first few minutes I had made the right decision on which partner to scale my business with.

We wanted to give our customers the option to create their own box and choose exactly what they wanted, and this app has made it really easy to set up. The builder is simple for customers to use, looks great on our store and gives us a lot of flexibility with how we create our boxes and offers. It was also really easy to get started, which is a big plus when you're running a small business and don't want to spend hours trying to figure out an app. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a straightforward Build Your Own Box solution.

I was able to set up most of the app by myself and the AI included. They were prompt in answering the last few issues I had with setup. I have yet to make a sale using this system.

Rebecca assisted us in setting up the bundle and it works seamlessly without any issues. Their team is very supportive and responds immediately. We're very happy with their service and highly recommend using their app for bundles.
This is a really good app, we use it to gather extra data on selected groups of products, add optional extras and offer a 'build your own box' for cupcakes. Its highly customisable and the range of options is great. Support is excellent too, we've had a few glitches when we update our website theme version and the support team respond really quickly and always figure out a fix. We've also asked them to help us get some of the options to appear in customer confirmation emails and they've done this too. All round good app for allowing product and cart custom options. Backed up by very good support and response times. Highly recommend.

Very easy to implement and love the amount of customisation I had while building a page out. There were some changes I wanted to make that I couldn't see options for, but the Easify team were very responsive and able to make all of the changes I requested.

I found this app a bit fiddly to set up initially, but it has been working well once I mastered it. I ran into an issue where if a customer tried to add two boxes to their cart, the discount didn't apply properly - but when I reached out to the support team, they resolved the problem within a day. Great service, can't fault the team.
Terrific app - super easy to install and use. Took about an hour and we were up and running. A few weeks in we got a Shopify alert that an Easify order couldn't be processed and Suzy was super responsive in researching the issue. (It turned out someone added over 150 items to a cart - most likely a bot).
I had managed to get most of the bundle builder sorted by myself, and was stuck on the last little bit to get it live in my website menus. Both Anne and Kendle were of great assistance today, and Kendle went above and beyond logging in to my website and sorting the last of the functionality. Very much appreciated xx

Wasted so much time trying out other apps only to find out Easify does exactly what I wanted for free (until you reach a sales threshold)! I now have a fully functional tiered discount box on my website which matches the rest of my branding (this took a moment to set up, but was overall pretty straightforward). Huge thanks to Chloe for the quick and immensely helpful customer support!

The setup is clear, the app gives me the flexibility I need to create a polished build-your-own-box experience, and it fits very well for a premium gifting/bundle page. What really stood out was the support team. They were fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I needed guidance. For a merchant building a serious storefront, that kind of support makes a huge difference. Overall, the app works very well, looks professional, and gives merchants a lot of control without making the process complicated. Highly recommended.

The Easify Box Bundle Builder has provided the perfect solution for our Pocket Promise shop. This was our first time creating a Shopify site and the first app that we needed to integrate and configure. Even as a first-time creator, the app was straightforward to install, customize and integrate into our shop. Recently we ran into an issue with a mobile display and, using their built-in chat feature, the Easify team was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. They quickly recognized the issue and implemented a solution within hours. We highly recommend this awesome tool.
I wanted an app so my customers can configure their own DIY-box with crafting supplies to make their own earrings. I use bundles in my box and that causes some issues in the checkout. I contacted support using the chat. Fast reply. The developer found the issue and solved the problem. What a service !!!

We used Easify Box Bundle Builder to create a custom Grain Bill builder for our store, where customers can select different grains, choose quantities, and build their own grain bill with specific conditions. The app has been very useful for setting up a more customised shopping experience that Shopify could not handle easily on its own. It gave us the flexibility we needed to create a proper bundle-style product flow. A special thank you to Clove for the amazing support. I am so impressed and grateful for the customer service and tech team on this app. I setup my Shopify store back in 2014 and have an original theme on my website that I love, but it makes customization extremely difficult. The tech team was fantastic and put the work in to make it possible for me to utilize this app and not change my website theme. When they finished it, they provided me detailed instructions including snapshots and a video so I would know exactly what needs to be done to create more customizable products in the future using this app. The customer service team and the tech team were very responsive and pleasant. I am super impressed, I love the app and its capabilties, and am very grateful to them for taking the time and effort to help me with this. I highly recommend this app.

I am very pleased with this app so far. I got some help setting it up from shopify's AI and from Kat on the chat from Easify. There were some minor tweaks that needed to be ironed out but all in all I'm excited for it's potential in my shop.
I'm really enjoying the app and I'm excited to be able to offer bundles to my customers, I love that the discounts can be automated based on how many items they add to the bundle without needing to go to a new page and it overrides the original product price without any issues. When contacting support Anne was very friendly but unfortunately initially wasn't able to help fix my issue with applying a first purchase discount to products in the box (or the box itself) however after a bit of back and forth and help from others in the team the issue was solved.
