Hands down best customer service I've ever experienced with any company. I had a few changes I wanted for the event I was running and this platform instantly installed the updates, responded within an hour to every request I sent to them, and were extremely professional to deal with. Very glad I found this app for my events.

Fantastic! I've tried so many ticketing apps, and this is the only one that does everything I need it to do. It's very seamless to set up, it looks great and is user-friendly for customers to make bookings, and Gustav has been so helpful in answering any questions I've had.
Wir haben diese App sehr kurz nach der Veröffentlichung implementiert. Der Support war großartig und hat sofort die Kinderkrankheiten ausgemerzt. Jetzt läuft es stabil. Wir haben sogar mitten in der Saison gewechselt weil Evey Event App komplett down war und gar nichts mehr ging! Das hat uns wirklich enorme Umsatzverluste eingebracht!
Super Erfahrung, insbesondere mit dem Support von Gustav. Ich habe die App sehr früh getestet. Gustav hat sehr viel Feedback angenommen und umgesetzt. Sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl!
Hi! We’re currently setting up Easy Tickets & Events for our Shopify store in Taiwan and really like the app so far. Do you have plans to support Traditional Chinese (zh-TW)? Some customer-facing labels such as “Date”, “Time”, “Location”, “Attendee”, “Ticket type”, and “Ticket code” currently can’t be translated manually. It would also be great to support a single Full name field, since Taiwanese names are normally not entered separately as First name / Last name. We’re planning to use the app for our upcoming events in Taiwan, so Traditional Chinese support would be very helpful. Thank you!

Hey! Thank you for choosing Easy Tickets and for the feedback. I’ll add Traditional Chinese (zh-TW) support, translations for the customer-facing ticket labels you mentioned, and a single Full name field to our roadmap. Absolutely perfect for what I need it. I host small workshops and this fit my needs. I particularly love that you have an option to share inventory across ticket types - could not find any app with that feature. Thank you Easy team!
Really enjoying the app. It's simple enough for me to use for my small workshops. The only issue I have is that I have to manually add the participants and send them the tickets. If it could automatically send them an email with the ticket and record it in the attendees as they purchase, that would be great.

Thank you for your review. This feature is already part of the app and it is being used by all other merchants who use the app. You don't need to add anyone manually - everything is done automatically. If you simply follow the onboarding/checklist, the tickets will be purchasable as a real shopify product and customers will automatically get an email with their ticket. Please send us a support email, so we can get this setup for you. :)
An amazing app that allows you to create events with ease. The digital ticket sent to the email is so professional and this is all so customizable. Definitely worth using especially because it is FREE!
