Prerit has been extremely helpful and patient while helping me set up my Shopify & Amazon Seller Central connection to QuickBooks Online. Webgility seems much more effective than the free connectors I was using and will hopefully save me a lot of time each month. Thank you!
We had a great experience getting started with Webgility, and Prerit made the entire onboarding process easy. He helped us connect both our Shopify store and Amazon Seller account and walked us through the setup step by step. Prerit was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to make sure everything was connected properly and that we understood how Webgility would work with our accounting. Very smooth onboarding process and the app looks like it will do just what we need.
I am an accountant for several ecommerce companies and have used several apps to map QuickBooks to Shopify. Webgility is hands down the best. Other apps result in many errors. Webgility easily flags errors so things can be corrected, where other apps just drop the transactions when an error occurs. Their customer service is also 5 stars.
They did a great job of walking us through a 1 on 1 session. It made everything very easy. It's nice to have a onboarding session like this making complicated accounting situations now easy.
We feel that we had a very fine onboarding experience and are extremely pleased with Webgility!

We've been using Webgility for over a year now. We needed somethign that would allow us to sync with two different QB company accounts and Webgility was our answer. We seen several other apps that come close but none can compare to Webgility. The support has also been absolutely amazing, in specific, Prerit was able to push our requirements to the development team and help push filtering by tags in orders. Highly recommended.
We’ve been very pleased with Webgility so far. The app has been easy to use, and the instructional Zoom call was extremely helpful in getting everything set up and making sure we understood how it all works. The representative was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer our questions. Overall, it’s been a great experience and we’re very happy with our decision to use Webgility.

Webgility has been a life saver for us since launching our Shopify store and Amazon account. We use Quickbooks Online and the order, fees and payments syncing has worked flawlessly! Being able to trust that everything is recorded properly to my chart of accounts takes a lot of stress off of running these other sales channels. I also want to give Webgility a huge shout out for their customer service. They respond immediately and have always been super helpful to share my screen and solve any issues on the spot. They also respond immediately to feedback. We get split payments and this was not a feature in Webgility. I called and asked about it and within 2 weeks they built the feature and launched it! Thank you Webigility!
This app does exactly what others have not. From transferring orders, refunds and matching payouts to deposits in the bank, this app is superior to its competitors. Webgility is also a huge time saver for reconciling. Highly recommend!

Webgility makes your life easier. Once you get through the onboarding and decide on all of your settings, it gets easier and easier from there. We have been using it for many years and will be using it for many more. We just made a switch from QB Desktop to QB Online and had to do the onboarding for QB Online and both Muskaan and Kriti were very helpful along the way. Very knowledgeable.
We recently completed our Webgility onboarding, and the entire experience was incredibly smooth from start to finish. The onboarding team was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the setup process easy to understand. We use QuickBooks Online, and integrating it with our existing workflow was much simpler than we expected. Every question we had was answered promptly, and the team made sure everything was configured correctly before wrapping up. If you're using QuickBooks and looking for an integration solution, I'd highly recommend Webgility. The onboarding process exceeded our expectations, and we feel confident moving forward with the platform.

The process of syncing Quickbooks with Shopify as been a smooth transition. The support from Webgility has been very reliable providing lots of knowledge along the way and they never hesitate to answer all questions to ensure we understood the whole process. We now feel confident that our customer and sales information will be complete in Quickbooks.

Great app for multi-channel syncing! I use Webgility to connect QBO to four separate sales channels and it works perfectly. The onboarding and support experience was top-notch. We've used webgility for years for multiple different websites, their flexibility and attention to detail is unmatched. We're able to download and post orders to quickbooks in specific ways that we're not able to find elsewhere. Their support team is wonderful and quickly hops on to help with any issues or questions we have.

I have worked with the Webgility for many years and their customer service staff and help with integration or customization has been extremely efficient. We use them to integrate with Quickbooks and Shippingeasy. Also the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

We’ve tested multiple connectors between Shopify and QuickBooks Online, and Webgility is the only solution we’ve found that truly works the way QBO is meant to work. The biggest win for us is that Webgility can create summary invoice in QBO that accurately relieves inventory, instead of flooding QuickBooks with thousands of individual transactions. That alone makes it a standout product for any business doing real volume in Shopify. Beyond the software itself, the onboarding experience was excellent. Faizan was instrumental in getting everything set up correctly. He clearly understands both Shopify and QuickBooks Online, walked us through the nuances, and made sure the integration was configured exactly the way we needed. What could have been a painful setup was actually smooth and straightforward. If you’re serious about clean accounting, proper inventory relief, and scalability with Shopify and QBO, Webgility is hands down the best connector we’ve used.
I am impressed by Webgility. Faizen was helpful and knowledgable. The only thing that would be better was Webgility's ability to get the meeting times right. We had to reschedule a few times because their meeting times were off.

Spent 30 min trying to cancel the plan and still no success
I have been using Webgility for 5 years to sync Amazon, Etsy and Shopify with Quickbooks Online. Once set up it pretty much runs itself and enables me to view and analyze key data in QB effortlessly. The implementation team were really helpful with both the initial set up and any subsequent queries. I wish all software was as reliable and useful as Webgility. Highly recommend.

Not a good experience. Signed up, for the top plan, explained everything to their sales team that we wanted a turn key solution. Didn't care how much the cost was. After signup, It started off good, but then payouts didn't match up to the bank feed. After spending 45 days on it wasting many hours, with online screen shares, they had to keep going back to their engineers because something was not correct. Finally, I found Acuity through A2x software, and they said the same thing. They are constantly moving customers from webgility because their software does not work. We also spend an additional $200 with webgility to take care of the entire setup. At the end, they stuck us for $680 and we were never able to import any transactions into quickbooks online. They said they don't refund. So make sure you have money to waste if you plan on signing up. They keep saying they want to try it again and they fixed the problem, etc. We have moved on to a2x and it is working great! Setup was 1 day.

Prerit was wonderful and I have access to unlimited onboarding and training sessions so I will be requesting to see him again because I enjoy our time and I am learning how to run my business so so so much better because of his training! I love webgility so far. It is making my life so much easier.

Fantastic app! The onboarding was very smooth thanks to Prerit. There are some gaps with how Shopify B2B works and Webgility is filling those gaps wonderfully.
