I’ve had a great experience with EGO Free Gift so far. Everything has been running smoothly, and when I recently had an issue, it was identified and resolved very quickly. A special thank you to **Mia** for her great work behind the scenes, and to the entire EGO team for the fast and helpful support. Thank you very much!

Really great app.I can't believe this is free. I wanted to replace the widget so Lulla from support and Mia from dev helped me really good & quick on a Sunday btw!

Original products

The app works great. There is a lot of customisation available and if something doesn't work right, you can contact the customer support who are very helpful. Trina from customer support is the best!!!

This app does a great job of offering customers options on free gifts. Customer support was very helpful tweaking a few settings to work better for our purposes.

Non solo è un ottima APP gratuita, ma anche l'assistenza e gli sviluppatori dietro l'APP (nel nostro caso siamo stati seguiti da Mia e Alex) sono tempestivi e disponibili. Complimenti!

This app is fantastic—it meets my needs perfectly. I worked with Alex, who was incredibly patient; he analyzed the issue I was facing perfectly and resolved it in a very logical, organized manner. I’m also very grateful to the developer, Mia, for adding the code that made the progress bar in my shopping cart display exactly as intended. Thanks again for helping me resolve the issue and successfully complete the setup. Your service is truly outstanding.

App fantastica, volevo apportare delle modifiche alla visualizzazione del badge, e scrivendo all'assistenza mi hanno subito aiutato e si sono subito messi a disposizione per cercare di assecondarmi. Meravigliosa

Everything's been great so far.

I had a fantastic experience working with Lulla! She quickly helped me resolve a small issue with great communication and super fast service. Very satisfied with her help and would definitely recommend her!

This app has been working really well for our store. It is simple to use and does exactly what we need.

This app has a lot of useful features, but the customer support is what i like most. They have been excellent every time i contacted them.

Best app ever. They help me a lot to achieve my goal. Thank Ego team

Excellent app! It has so many features. If anything is limited, the customer support and development team are quick to help and improve it. They are super-fast to respond and provide excellent, full support!

Works perfectly and does exactly what I needed. Hamish was incredibly helpful in assisting with any questions I had

Excellent app! VERY VERY GOOD!!! We tried a couple of other free gift apps before switching to this one, and it has worked much better for our store. Setting up our campaigns was pretty straightforward, and the automatic gift feature has been working reliably. We did have a few questions during setup, but the support team replied quickly and even helped us customize everything to fit our needs. Overall, we're very happy with the app and would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a solid free gift and upsell solution.

Extremely supportive team Vivian, Hamish and developer Mia supported me what ever I want, also time took for some modification is very less. Definitely I will recommend it.

Easy to use and beautiful layout.

I have only just installed this app and needed some help and guidance with setting things up. Tech suppport was super helpful. Along the way I flagged up a glitch with something and received a very timely response and guidance that the tech support was fixing the issue and was advised of a timeframe in which it would be resolved. So far I am very happy with the support that comes with this app.

Very good customer support. This app is very helpful for automatically adding gift products to the cart.

They were very inclined to help and the app works wonders for free gifts - highly recommend!

Great app for running free gift and discount campaigns. Easy setup, smooth experience, and the support team is very helpful whenever needed.
