Thanks to this app, I was able to transfer my products directly to another sales platform quickly and smoothly. The whole process was much easier than I expected — product details, images and descriptions came through without any issues, and I didn't have to do anything extra or re-enter information manually. The app is very useful and easy to use. All the features are straightforward and it covers almost all data sources (built fields, meta fields, tags..) in Shopify. Custom templated enable creation of any feed you need, but there are predefined feed if you prefer. Support is quick and very helpful. I would recommend it.
Excellent app and even better support! Engin was incredibly helpful with setting up the XML feeds exactly the way we needed them. We’re currently running several experiments with different accounts and setups, and he was always patient and willing to help, even when we came back with new questions after some time. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. I had an issue when I deleted my feed by mistake. I contacted support, they were quick and very efficient fixing my problem.

We run a made-to-measure blinds shop with a few very large products, and one of them alone has 460 variants. FeedFix was capping our feed at 50 variants per product, which meant roughly 1.400 of our 3.170 items ever made it to Google. I wrote to support explaining the problem, and the fix was live the same day, a few hours later. No back and forth, no asking me to prove it, no ticket that goes quiet after the first reply. The next rebuild came through with all 3.170 variants. The app itself does what we need. The filter rules are the part we use most, and the summary line the app shows before you save is genuinely useful, it caught a rule I had built backwards. Support that fast is rare. Thank you.

Many thanks to Engin for his support helping with our multi domain market issue. Helpful tip for anyone in the same position - you need to request in your GMC admin to be an advanced account, then you can add more domains to your GMC to manage feeds on multiple domains. Super handy for those brands who sell locally globally and don't want to set up a GMC for each location. Thanks again!

We've only used FeedFix for a couple of days now and it does what it claims it does. We like the simplicity of setting up custom feeds, although there are some features / improvements that I would like to see. The developer is very receptive to feedback and fixed a bug that we reported within a very short timespan. We can definitely recommend this plugin, a lot of functionality at an affordable price.
Excellent support and outstanding customer service. I was completely new to Shopify product feeds, inventory synchronization and supplier integrations. Engin guided me through the entire process and helped set up a custom Ficeda integration for my store. He was patient, responsive and willing to answer all of my questions. The app was easy to install and configure. The easy XML feed setup (advanced customizations) helped us get running with multiple services in hours. Some of our business customers need to synchronize their systems with our inventory and product information. Configuring an XML-generated URL is the fastest way to solve this issue. We downloaded several apps and finally decided to use this one because its interface is complete and easy to understand, it offers many options for different configurations, and it is more flexible to operate. The price is also reasonable. During the process of generating the URL, the customer service team responded to our questions very quickly, helped us check the settings, and added the product metafield content we needed.
