Essent Preorder Back in Stock

We used Essential Preorder to pre-sell our fleet of bikes. It was very easy to set up and worked flawlessly! It seems like the least complicated and most cost-effective pre-order app on Shopify if you are looking for a simple pre-order campaign. My only feedback is that it would be nice if they had an option for customers to pay-in-full OR select preorder.

This developer has some of the most effective and user friendly apps out there. I ran into a little problem while setting up a back in stock alert and their team promptly responded and fixed the issue with my theme. Super impressed and satisfied.

Great app with generous free tier

I use the app for my Shopify Store for pre-orders. Easy to navigate and no AI. Real people will actually answer you by email if you have issues with the app.

Stellar support team. I've used this for a couple of Notify Me buttons. On the second campaign I had a issue with the button not displaying even though I had correctly set up the campaign. I reached out via support, and it was well into the night where I am so I wasn't expecting a response until the next day. I was anxious, disappointed, and frustrated as I had just launched a new drop but a number of items were still in production and I was getting lots of inquiries on social media...I needed this button for customers to sign up so they would know as soon as inventory got in. But, they responded within minutes, we emailed a couple more times, and I woke up to a functioning Notify Me campaign! Thank you for your incredible support team, dedicated and professional.

I decided to checkout a new Back In Stock App after a large price rise from a competitor and I'm glad that I did. Quick to setup and so easy to use. Had a minor issue with a font not being bold (theme issue) and after dropping a message to support at 10pm this was resolved by the next morning. Really impressed with the speed of response and now also have Preordering which was not available to me with the competitor. I will be checking out their other Apps too.

Really useful app with great support from Jemuel and the team - respond super quickly and have always fixed and issues within an hour at the very most.

Essential Preorder worked great for our pickleball paddle launch. We were able to clearly communicate preorder timing and estimated availability, while also customizing the styling to match our brand and website. Setup was straightforward, and the app gave us the flexibility we needed to make the preorder experience feel seamless for customers. Definitely recommend it for product launches and upcoming releases.
