Good app, does what it is supposed to and quick support. Would be exceptional if able to exclude discounts from COD. Hopefully a feature sometime.
Took under 5 minutes to set up and does exactly what we wanted - that is, to tie COD to a separate Shipping Method with a different price.
It does not add COD fee but you have to increase the shipping fee. That confuses the customers. Very complicated to use.

Thank you for the honest feedback, and we're sorry the setup felt confusing. You're right about how it works: the fee is applied through a dedicated COD shipping rate rather than a separate fee line, we chose that approach because it keeps taxes, totals, and refunds behaving like standard Shopify orders, but we should have made that clearer upfront. Naming the rate something like "Cash on Delivery (+fee)" usually removes the customer confusion, and our team would gladly set it up with you in the in-app chat if you give it another look.
They are genuinely very helpful and provide immediate support.
We installed this app, due to the non fulfillment of requirements, we uninstall it. but in the monthly billing cycle of Shopify we charged annually. still did not get any kind of refund from their side.

It appears like your trial had passed at the time of uninstall, hence why Shopify processed the charge normally.
