Good app, does what it is supposed to and quick support. Would be exceptional if able to exclude discounts from COD. Hopefully a feature sometime.
BE CAREFUL when opting for this. I was with TrackingMore which is part of CWILL. Was offered a free period of 30 days to move to ParcelPanel now CWILL. I took the bait and was shown a free period of 30 days. Now realise that I was charged in advance by TrackingMore till Aug 18 2026 and then CWILL charged me in Sep for the period starting Aug 21 2026. So effectively 3 days free and not 30. CWILL Support now claims we have shown 30 days free in your invoice and the money paid to TrackingMore is not our problem. App is fine but unfortunate experience so would suggest to be careful with billing and invoicing.
Trying out the app though have been using the Loyalty program for over 2 years now. Some bugs, missing settings in the UI but Hana from the support team has been very helpful in fixing our multiple requests and very promptly too. Big shout to Hana and the team...hoping the app gets better.
Tracking More may not be the perfect app and has some small issues, what makes it great is the support provided by the team. Their willingness to go beyond what is expected makes them stand out. May 2026: Tracking More app is not working and updates are not showing correctly. Manual retrack required almost every time. Tickets not being closed and issue persists for almost 3 weeks now. If this continues, will need to find an alternative that works.

We have been using GoKwik COD for over a year now and was working fine with whatever limited features they offer. However, over the last 2 months, we have noticed a functionality issue with cancellation of COD orders in their app with stock not getting added back to inventory even though restock option is selected. Their support staff, Ankush claimed it was not their fault and closed the ticket. After sharing more specific information and how the app should work, they realised the issue but are now ignoring it. Time to get rid of GoKwik and look for another working app.
Good interface and support. Prices are fair. Asima has been helpful in addressing any issues with regards to courier partners.
Using this app for the last 3 months. The inbuilt flows have helped automating manual tasks like order confirmation, COD confirmation and abandoned cart Follow ups on Whatsapp. The whatsapp chat feature is useful as it helps connect with genuine customers with valid numbers.
