Have been using their outlink external links button app for a long time; and it is very simple to use. Their customer service and support is also very good, with very fast response to all our questions and requests.

The Outlink app works perfectly and did everything I needed it to do. For the couple of things I was stuck on the support team helped straight away. Great customer service. I used it to link to Spoonflower and Zazzle products but it will work to link anywhere and can easily be changed or undone in the click of a button. The bulk editor is easy to use - just add your button name and link.

We've been using this App for many years and has been great for our store that is purely affiliate. The ability to change our "Add to Cart" button to our affiliate partners was great. The bulk editor was also very easy and convenient to use to update and change things as you need to when brands change platforms and you can update links easily. I had been searching for an app to promote my affiliate links on shopify. I was so excited when I found this, but when I opened the app, there was an error message. I contacted customer support and after working diligently on it, they fixed it right away. I ran into another small error down the road and immediately they fixed that for me as well. They also added the code for me without me even asking. I cannot praise the support team enough for their amazing customer support! I'm excited to actually use the app and promote my affiliate links! Couldn't find anything out there like this!!!

I reached out to the devs because there was a liquid issue with some random code appearing. I sent this request at around 8pm at night. 6am next day it was resolved with an email in my inbox saying they had fixed the issue. This is insane speed and I really love how on top of it they were. 100% RECOMMEND this app and the guys here at Outlink App are really top notch. The product itself has always been extremely good and never had any problems.

I had an interesting experience with this product. It was quite frustrating that the app was difficult to set up, and that it requires coding from the purchaser. As well, the fact that it requires a special setup for drafts is not ideal. Most people, I feel, would want to test a product out before it goes live in a store. However, the service has been exceptional. I planned to cancel my subscription, but customer service got back to me in 5 minutes and solved all of my problems in the next 15 minutes. So that is what kept me on the plan.

This app is exactly what I needed for my affiliate products. You do have to be a little bit tech savy to install the app correctly or ask the developers. After implementing I had a minor issue, which was solved within hours after I'd send an email. The app it self works very simple once fully installed. Very statisfied and recommend this app.

I have been looking for an App to add external links for products, such as ‘Buy On Amazon’. After a little bit of confusion on (on my side) I asked the support team to help me with the installation, which they did in under 24hrs. I now have external affiliate links to products thus providing me with additional income. Brilliant and recommend.

This app is amazing. But be aware; The app can delete products in your shopify store! Means that if you press the wrong button in the app your product is deleted in your store. You can not get it back. The app shouldn't have access to changings like that in the store. There is even a "delete all" button which would delete ALL YOUR PRODUCTS FROM YOUR STORE (not the links). Be aware. This can delete your whole store and there is no backup. You would be screwed. I wrote to the shopify support so that they take action. The outlink support wrote me that if you delete them they are gone, they do not even have a back up for cases like that. Nightmare an highly unprofessional. Imagine someone deleting 1000 products! Better chose another option if possible for you.

So far so EXCELLENT! We needed to add a button on all of our product pages advertising that we offer wholesale pricing to trade. The button had to link to our Wholesale form. Every step of the way Outlink's instructions and customer service were there. We got this done in record time! Amazing!

I was really nervous to get this app because I wasn’t sure it was right for me. I’m an affiliate marketer and this app is PERFECT if you’re looking for a button that sends the customer to an external link. Outlink has been GREAT at responding through email with any help that I’ve needed and typically responds within a 24 hour period (usually earlier). I highly recommend this app!

I managed to get the app connected on my own, but I was stumped when it came to getting the Outlink buttons to match the color and style of my standard Buy buttons. I fired off a support ticket thinking I might hear back the following day. (It was already after 9pm in my time zone.) Instead, I heard back within the hour, and rather than telling me how to fix the issue myself, Prathamesh fixed it for me in roughly ten minutes. I am blown away by the level of service, given how inexpensive the app is. Major kudos to the Outlink crew!

I wish that I had used this app when I first started with Shopify. I had installed it and got nervous because I couldn't figure out where to insert the code in the proper liquid file. So I decided to try another app. That was a mistake. After wasting lots of precious time struggling with a different app that wasn't working as efficiently as I needed it to, I decided to give this app another try. I still was having problems figuring out where to put the code, so I asked for some help. The developers helped me with getting the code installed the same day. I've been using this app now for about 48 hours, and it has saved me so much time I can't believe it. This app is extremely well written, easy to use, and the features such as the bulk edit via search and CSV just really make this a wonderful tool to use. Excellent app that I would recommend to anyone selling a product or service through and external link or an affiliate link. I ran into some confusion in setting up my products with their external link and reached out to customer service. My problem was fixed within a couple of hours and I'm now everything is working fine. Well worth the investment!

I've used this app on a few sites and it's really simple to use. On top of that, the customer service is outstanding. As someone who is not the most skilled when it comes to shopify, even the most simple of issues they are happy to help with swiftly and professionally.

I've been using Outlink for awhile now and does exactly what I need it to do! I use it whenever my shop hosts events, so I can create a product page with all of the info but direct customers to an external site to register. I like that you can easily replace the "add to cart" button with whatever text you want. I recently switched my site to one of Shopify's 2.0 templates and couldn't figure out how to make Outlink work, so I emailed their support and they responded almost immediately and set it up for me. Couldn't ask for better customer service!

Great solution, exactly what we were looking for. We weren't able to find the spot to integrate the code, but the support team was very helpful, very fast and efficient.

You can tell a lot about a company when you have a problem with their product. I submitted a service ticket for buttons not showing for international visitors late in the day. The next morning (before business hours) I received an email informing me it was fixed with no action required on my part. This product does exactly what it promises and the service is unbeatable. Great product! Our Shopify neeed external links from the Add to Cart button and Quick Shop button and it was seamless when the Outlink App was added. As others have mentioned, intergrating it to Shopify was a bit tricky but after contacting support, they added it within the same day and it was seamless from then on! Highly recommend. Customer support is great for this app. Many themes require custom code for the app to work correctly and their dev team provided end to end support to get us live.

I have used this app with two clients, and it has been a game changer. It allows those who want the Shopify premium features, but are not so 'product' oriented. It has been fabulous to apply external links to m clients' websites. We love how we can customize the CTA button copy too.
