Easy to use!

The customer service is excellent and very fast and the app works great. It is difficult to find translation apps that do everything we need so finding this to do images and alt text was a gift!

Very helpful support team. jonathan helped me real quick once I needed it.

This app is absolutely useful, the best to fully translate an e-commerce, even if you have problems with your store the app is customised, 5 star well deserved

good support, i am still testing and so far it looks good. Maybe i should have given 5 stars

Amazing app!

One of the essential tools if you want to sell in different countries. I totally recommend it.

A very useful application for translating image content.

The customer service is responsive and helpful. The APP itself is easy to use too.

Great app and great support

Very each to work with and a great help with translating into English from Chinese.

Very easy to use and helpfull

Handy app, really great chat feature embedded in the tool with super helpful staff for support. Great solution when managing multiple marketplaces via the same Shopify org.

so cool!

I had a problem with translated images but Jonathan helped a lot and resolved the problem very fast. Great service and very nice app, I would recommend

Very good customer service

Great app and very easy to use. Uploading translated images and managing multiple languages for our store works really well. Sometimes there are small things that need to be checked or adjusted, but the support team, especially Johnathan, is always easy to reach and very helpful. Most of the time they reply the same day, often within just a few hours. Whenever we had questions or needed help, they solved everything quickly. Highly recommend

Good app that makes it a lot easier to upload language specific images! Prompt help from the customer support. Will for sure keep using this app.

The attention through the chat is great. Listened to what I needed and responded within the day and within the hour on later issue. They updated what they needed to update to make the app work on my side. Greatly appreciate good support on an app. The app also uses alternative images in different languages that I needed for my shopify store. Highly Recommend.

Excellent customer service, special thanks to agent Jonathan!

It is a great app for localizing your product images in new markets. Extremely useful. Jonathan offered us great support to implement the app. 5 stars!

Great Support + App

Great app – fixed a big problem for us and customer support was friendly, helpful and super quick!

Very good and simple app and just works.

Great app that does exactly what it says! Data permissions have been updated by customer support to stop asking for customer data access too which is great.

Very good and useful app. Easy to use and the support answers very quickly.

Good

support is very helpful

The app works great and I got awesome support to make it work for both my stores. Thanks for the help!

We mainly use the app for multilingual alt texts. And we are really glad that this app exists. It works smoothly and reliably. With this app, we can store every image, including its file name and alt text in other languages. Simply wonderful. But what's even better than the app is the customer support – it deserves 7 stars. All app customisations for our theme were carried out extremely quickly, in a super friendly and absolutely professional manner. Keep up the good work...

L'application fait très bien ce qu'elle promet et est facile d'utilisation.

Excellent customer service, PERFECT integration. They even thought about the SEO alt text.

You need to have your own alt, which the application will translate into other languages.

The application works as it should—it does its job, does not generate errors, and is trouble-free.

Works perfect in case you'd like to show the same image in different languages, without too much hassle. Their support is great & very quick.

ai translate very nice!

Coll App, easy to set up bundle quickly and works fine. It would be a 5* if the position of the images could be sorted once they are uploaded.

Very nice plugin to add custom country specific product images. For expentiation to other countries I needed a plugin/feature for this, and the EZ product is the perfect solution for me

The app works perfectly as promised. Even after catching a little bug, the developer reacted in one day and fixed it. Thank you for the great experience. That's what I call customer support,

I just this in a other project and it was very good! when i turned into a nieuw concept on my side i forgot a few things , but Johnatan from support was very fast and friendly to help me out, wich worked greatly , thanks Johnatan this application is great!!!!!

Great little app to localize your images

If you have text in your product images and selling in multiple languages, you need this app. Since a lot of people are visual, we are showcasing our products with product benefits on picture. We have web translated in multiple languages (via Translate and adapt), but the limitation is that product photos cant be localised. This app solves that problem, and does it in a spectacularly easy and straightforward way with an easy drag and drop editor. All images are changed inside this app, so there is nothing else you need for images (for text translation, of course you need a different app). Its so easy that you will not need support, but if you do, its really fast and helpful.

Awesome support! Really helpful with providing a workaround to my problem!

works great, does the job and fixes the problem that shopify doesnt have built in feature to do this

L application me satisfait amplement et l assistance est rapide et efficace. J ai reçu del aide et une mise a jour pour un problème de compatibilité avec une autre app en moins de temps qu il ne me faut pour écrire cet avis. Je recommande!!!!

The app works, we have the images in the corresponding languages. Customer service is unbeatable, they respond to questions quickly and in real-time. Everything was better than expected. I highly recommend it.

Easy-to-use app with incredibly efficient and helpful customer service. Highly recommend!

Great app and a perfect solution if you want to sell internationally with different language images per subdomain, without needing a completely new Shopify store. All language subdomains can now be linked to a single store.

Works well, easy. Plug & play, straight forward instructions! Perfect if you're selling in multiple markets with one website & want to localize your productpages perfectly!

Good app verry easy! The service is also great

Fastest support ever! Love it! Easy to use app, does what it's supposed to do!

It's a great tool.

Lovely app no other person can give this quality

Works great :) Support is quick and efficient for a solution I've been looking for for a while !

Amazing app. Works very fast and flawless. Had some issue with our site with some custom bundles. But we are live in Germany because of the good customer service! 10/10 product 11/10 customer service!

Super application !

Nice, but unfortunately too simple. Easy to exchange images but lacks the ability to manage the image ALT-text which then makes is kind of useless.

Very good support!

Great app! Support is super fast on fixing issues we've encountered. Definitely one of the best apps we are using!
