The support team is fantastic! They always respond quickly and are very helpful with setting things up. The only thing I’d love to see is some documentation for the plugin, making it easier to understand and configure its features independently.
Plugin Hive’s support is outstanding. When an account issue disrupted our shipping, they jumped on a Zoom call, worked directly with FedEx, and had us shipping again within a day. They went above and beyond for us last year, too. We’re grateful for their quick, personal help!

This app works very well for my store. I ship domestic and internationally. The customer service is awesome. They get back to you within a few hours and always help solve any issues I'm having. The app itself is very easy to use and works seamlessly within shopify.
