Very reliable service! The app is very easy to use - from creating orders to checking the delivery status. Fast shipping for orders within GTA and Montreal! Flashbird also ensures packages are delivered properly. They always provide a clear photo of where the package is left off as proof of delivery. Overall, highly recommended service!
Great app great service. All our products arrive on time. Easy to send our orders to Flashbird. Then everything is easily managed on their web app. Highly Recommend for anyone in the GTA for fast and affordable delivery

I've been using Flashbird to ship across GTA and Montreal for a few yeas now and it's been a game changer for my business. In the era of super expensive shipping charges across Canada,I found their rates the most competitive. Their service is amazing and Andy is so easy to communicate with. The packages are picked up from home and delivered within a day mostly. Great service. I always recommend them to all my small business owner friends.
I had a very disappointing experience with Flashbird. Their customer service is the worst I’ve dealt with, slow to respond, unhelpful, and they don’t take responsibility when issues come up. The biggest problem was delivery: they repeatedly made promises about timelines and then didn’t follow through. If you’re relying on delivery commitments, don’t count on them. Overall, this was the worst company to deal with. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Flashbird. Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry your experience didn't meet expectations — that's on us. Reliable timelines and responsive support are exactly what we hold ourselves to, and we clearly fell short here. We've taken this seriously and are tightening both our delivery-commitment process and our support response times so other merchants don't run into the same issues.
