I had a very disappointing experience with Flashbird. Their customer service is the worst I’ve dealt with, slow to respond, unhelpful, and they don’t take responsibility when issues come up. The biggest problem was delivery: they repeatedly made promises about timelines and then didn’t follow through. If you’re relying on delivery commitments, don’t count on them. Overall, this was the worst company to deal with. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Flashbird. Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry your experience didn't meet expectations — that's on us. Reliable timelines and responsive support are exactly what we hold ourselves to, and we clearly fell short here. We've taken this seriously and are tightening both our delivery-commitment process and our support response times so other merchants don't run into the same issues. Amazing app with an amazing customer service, we have been using this app for 4 months now and it decreased order defect rate significantly!
Great app with good features. Plus the customer service is very helpful if you want to do some custom changes on the theme!

This is the smoothest chat app that is on Shopify. Easy to use and works perfectly on our IOS devices.
I like this app, since Shopify charges higher rates for Canada Post shipments and it doesn't have a built in integration with 3rd party carriers (UPS, Fedex, DHL) Shippo saves your life! As well, their technical support team provides prompt service. However, they need to improve their shipping options. For example, we can't add Proof of Age or Do not Safe Drop options which Canada Post provides on their website. We wrote them couple of times about this, they said they would do their best but nothing has been done yet.
