This has been a really useful addition to our Shopify workflow. Setting up automated transactional emails through Shopify Flow is straightforward, and it gives us much more flexibility over the emails our customers receive. I especially like being able to customize the email content and trigger messages based on different workflows instead of handling everything manually. The emails look clean and professional, and the automation runs reliably in the background. It’s a great time-saver for keeping customer communication consistent without adding extra work to our daily operations. Highly recommended for Shopify stores that want more control over automated emails.
Great support, went above and beyond for a custom feature request We asked WorkflowMail Emails if it was possible to attach a dynamically generated file (a per-order PDF) to transactional emails sent through Shopify Flow, since our setup needed a variable file field rather than a static attachment. The team took the request seriously and built out support for exactly that — genuinely responsive and willing to extend the app for a real merchant use case, which isn't something you see from every app team. For full transparency: we ended up going with a different app for this particular integration, mainly due to timing and plan-tier fit on our end. That's a budget decision, not a reflection of quality — the feature itself worked as promised and their team was excellent to work with throughout. Would recommend to any Shopify merchant who needs flexible transactional email attachments and values a support team that actually listens.

Putting together a website at 62 years old is daunting to me. The human experience, with customer service, is totally lacking these days in so many businesses. Which is why it was a pleasant surprise, that after a few emails back and forth to get some questions answered, your team offered to have a Zoom call to help me. I learned so much more in person in that half hour than I would have ever learned on my own. Thank you! I'm on my way now.

This app integrates seamlessly with Shopify Flow and makes sending custom order confirmations, follow-ups, account validations, and other critical customer emails effortless — something Shopify’s native tools simply don’t offer. Setup was quick and intuitive, and the app just works exactly as promised. What really stands out is the support team — they respond fast, are incredibly helpful, and even implemented feature requests in under a day.
Great app that solves some major issues/limitations with Shopify. 10/10. Update from 6 months in: we had a major technical issue with our store right before Christmas, and FlowMail allowed us to send out an email blast to all 150+ impacted orders. The only way to do this would have been to click into each order manually, and send a message via Shopify order page (I'm not even sure it would do that for those who aren't subscribed), but with FlowMail our catastrophe was quickly resolved, and we didn't lose out on a single one of those orders. I didn't think of this use-case when I first downloaded the app, but I am over-the-moon grateful that we had this on hand. I rated this app 10/10 before, so now it's up to like 50/10. Thank you!

FlowMail is an effective and easy-to-configure solution. We submitted a request to include the subject line field in the email template (on a paid plan), and the team implemented the update within 24 hours. The support was excellent, and the tool provides a valuable extension to Shopify's Flow app, enabling transactional emails to be sent directly to customers.

App works well, and the team is extremely responsive. I had an issue that was resolved within 5 minutes. When I had a separate question, they explained via email and also offered to have a call to walk me through the issue.
Really useful app that allows you to send emails that are necessary for selling your products, without running into Shopify's restrictions on transactional emails. Dev team are very responsive and added a feature request in under 24 hours. Highly Recommend!
