What stands out is that they actually listen, feature requests we submitted (webhook reactivation via API, a MyParcel delivery code option) were picked up and implemented within weeks. Support goes beyond copy-pasting documentation; they engage with your actual use case and offer practical suggestions. Not everything is possible out of the box, but the team is transparent about limitations and genuinely tries to help you find a workable path forward. Solid platform, solid support.
