Muy contentos con esta aplicación. Es fácil de configurar y de utilizar. Tiene conexión con los pedidos de Shopify unos costes bastante más razonables que otras APP que hemos visto. Además con el plan gratuito, puedes probarla para hacerte una idea de como funciona y que ofrece, así que está muy bien.

Early days but very easy to setup and so far very effective.
Flyweight was up and running in no time! Setup couldn't be easier, and the result speaks for itself. Sometimes the AI is not right or at least not 100% right or talks about things the AI should not have been talking about by giving unneeded info. Sound bad he! But actually not so, because this is a matter of fine tuning with the tools we have available and these issues amounts for a very small percentage of the chats so far. The majority of the chats are just amazing, they blow away my mind completely, the AI is way better then me in many respects: 1. The mount of knowledge it has is going beyond mine: we sell close to everything relating to coffee and the amount of different espresso machines and grinders can be overwhelming for customer. The AI is so able to help the customer navigate through all the different models, functionality and taste wise. 2. Unlimited patience: the customers who do use the chats sometimes spend 2 hours with the chat, something I would never have the time and energy for. I had even a customer (forward to me via email) and complained that the AI bot was far more kind then me, hehe! so yes, I am actually learning from the AI how to respond, isn't it that funny? The quality of the AI is very much depending on the team behind it, how they are able to fine tune the AI and give the tools so I can do some fine tuning as well. In this respect I think I found to right (Flyweight) team. Lastly: about the subscription model: The first 2 levels (Started and Pro) are based on the amount of traffic a site is getting: Right now we use Pro. The next level is called AI leader and probably soon we move over to that level because it is not based on traffic but on the amount of AI answers it is giving: 1000 included. Yes it is USD 99 but instead of looking at it as an expensive app (not so comparaed with some competitor apps) I now start to look at it as a cheap employee from which i can learn. and I forgot to mention: Some competitor apps link the subscription model to which and how many pages are scanned and used for the AI. For me there is no point: The AI needs to be as accurate as possible no matter what kind of subscription you are using. Flyweight is using all data from your site and even from products not on your site. This is the best solution!

se ben dettato è fantastico peccato per il limite dei 5000 caratteri. Per quanto riguarda i costi è assurdo che prenda in esame gli accessi e non le conversazioni. Speriamo venga risolto questo limite.

I installed, set up, and tested the application with hundreds of questions, including tricky ones, and I find the app really great! You don't need to train the app; it connects automatically to your store and collects all the information. I'm happy with it, and on top of that, the subscription plans are fair, allowing a new store like mine to test it without a high cost and to gradually grow for just 1 dollar per month subscription. I think it's a smart approach.

Have been looking for a bot that really engages. Have tried multiple and always find some limitations. Just discovered Flyweight and had a 45 minute meet/chat with Mathias. Showed me the full potential which is beyond expectations. You can really narrow down so the AI can concentrate on specific areas and appear when necessary. The pricing model is so good too. Plus they are still working on lots of new functionalities with Shopify Integration which are going to put them as a leader in Chatbots. Definitely recommend!

We're using this app on conquestauto.com. This app is insanely good. This app answers some technical. questions, That even I don't know the answer to offhand. This app does everything, answers all customer questions, helps with tracking and returns. Our call volume has dropped by about 90%, as this app does most of the work for us. We have so much more free time now that we're not constantly answering phone calls of things that are handled by this app. This is a true five star app and support is fantastic. The only con I could find with this app is that they charge a commission on our plan which takes 1.5% of the sale price. In my opinion, it should just be a flat rate for the monthly with no commission. Other than that, though great app.
I have been testing it and so far so good, would love to be able to extend usage to whatsapp and instagram. Also an unlimited plan for bigger stores with a lot of sessions.
Tot nu toe ben ik te vrede het werkt via de backend om alle gegevens op te halen uit je shopify winkel als het nog vergrendeld is. En dat vind ik een plus punt zo hoef je niet je webwinkel te ontgrendelen om de chatbot te testen. Met vriendelijke groet, Rahad Mamadeus

An incredibly effective app that is both simple to use and remarkably smart straight from the get-go. Unlike other AI chat apps that I've tested it pretty much provides the perfect answer 100% of the time. Tweaking custom answers is super easy and never fails. I'm loving it so far!

WOW , WOW, WOW, Zoveel aps geprobeerd en de meeste zijn toch echt teleurstellend als je ze goed test klanten krijgen echt vaak verkeerde producten geadviseerd en info die niet relevant is. Deze app is geweldig je hoeft hem niet te trainen werkt out of the box al geweldig goed. Ben zeer te spreken. Ook de landinstellingen kan je per taal goed instellen. Ben onder de indruk en tevreden. App is wel prijzig als je zoals ons gemiddelde order bedragen hebt van tussen de 300 en 600 eurioper bestelling dus misschien word dat in de toekomst nog wel een heikel punt. maar voor nu dik tevreden
So far so good. This app literally crawled every page in my store and was able to answer complex questions. I also like that you can train the bot to have a personality that fits your brand. Great work!

Die Einrichtung geht sehr schnell und die Wissensdatenbank des Chatbot füllt sich auch in kurzer Zeit. Je besser die Texte und Informationen auf der Website sind, um so besser werden diese von Bot kommuniziert. Durch die individuell erstellbaren Frage-Antwort-Texte, kann man manches Thema noch besser vom Chatbot beschreiben lassen. Ich bin bis jetzt sehr zufrieden und ich hoffe, dass es unsere Kunden auch sein werden :-)
Ich habe tagelang mit Superchat verbracht, um alle relevanten Informationen für den KI-Chatbot richtig gut zur Verfügung zu stellen! Das Ergebnis war ernüchternd, denn die Antworten waren jedes mal anders und nicht zu 100 % so formuliert, wie in der Wissensdatenbank mühsam hinterlegt! Hier ist das völlig anders und weitaus besser, als es andere Anbieter können. Nach nur 2 Stunden habe ich einen funktionierenden Kundenservice-Chatbot, der sogar noch 24/7 unsere Produkte mit Link und Foto-Link anbietet. Im Test hat der Chatbot alle Fragen und Anfragen korrekt beantwortet - ich bin absolut zufrieden. Great app, great support and gdpr and ai act conform, so very high recommended. also a very easy installation and the bot works perfectly. we save a lot of time with the bot answering questions by email before we had this bot working.

Easy Setup und direkt gut eingerichtet! Die KI antwortet super auf Kundenanfragen und ist dabei fachlich sehr gut (hängt natürlich von der Webseite ab). Der Support ist Hammer, antwortet in wenigen Stunden und immer fachlich kompetent. Sollte öfters geben.
Sehr leicht zu installieren, weil alles automatisch funktioniert. Leichtes Setup, hat gar nicht lange gedauert und macht einen durchdachten Eindruck. Ich bin mal gespannt wie die APP gleich aktiv funktioniert, der erste Test war jedenfalls sehr zufriedenstellend.
So far it's working really well, I just installed it today. I do see that the pop up is showing up after I left the field empty to disable it.
The key reason I chose this application was that it is the only company I could trust, as it is fully compliant with GDPR & the AI Act. Additionally, after implementing this app, I found it very easy to operate, with a simple and intuitive management interface. This is definitely a great advantage. What impressed me the most was their excellent support system. Even for inquiries beyond their usual scope of work, they responded promptly and sincerely. I highly recommend this app!
I like that the chatbot is trained on the content from our site. Was easy to set up and the free tier is nice for a small business. If it gets used then I'll be happy to pay because it will save time in support and sales. It would be nice to get email summaries of the stats and chats.
Wir haben die App seit 14 Tagen im Test und sind bisher von der Performance begeistert. Die KI liefert sehr genaue und für unsere Marke passgenaue Antworten. Zudem übernimmt sie Beratungsaufgaben für die perfekte Produktauswahl (Typenberatung). On top können Kund:innen über den Chat ihren Versandstatus prüfen oder eine Retoure einleiten. Das erleichtert den Workload im Customer Service für uns deutlich.

I thought the AI was off on a couple of answers, but the support team helped track down the source URLs of those, and it turned out some outdated pages from us were still online
Wir testen die AI aktuell in unserem deutschen Shop: die Integration mit der Shopify App ist sehr einfach und die Qualität der Chatbot Antworten ist wirklich überragend! Uns ist besonders wichtig, dass der Chatbot nicht nur bei der Produktberatung unterstützt, sondern auch im Supportfall Kunden an die richtige Stelle weiterleitet. Zum Beispiel sollen Retourenanfragen direkt an unser Retourenportal geschickt werden, und alles andere an unseren WhatsApp-Support. Mit dem Routing in der App lässt sich das sehr einfach umsetzen.
