Very good app for blocking unacceptable customers

Works flawlessly. "Automatic refunds - automatically refund/void the customer's payment" If you get hit with chargebacks, this is a must. While shopify will block any high risk order anyway, this fraud filter cancels the payment so you don't get a chargeback. It also emails the customer on the email they checked out with to inform them its cancelled. Very important if you sell digital items. This APP is a must if you are targeted by scammers.

Very easy to setup, and complete peace of mind with it automatically blocking fraud orders. We were slow to respond to a high risk order placed on a weekend when we were away prior to using this app and had issues with Shopify payments. We've had no such problems since. More than satisfied and worth the money.

I am loving the app because it helps us eliminate the fraud with no hassle plus the chat customer support is superb!

Wow, simply wow! This app can prevent you from fraud. It cancels the order after the order is done & PREVENTS THE CUSTOMERS PAYMENT so you don't pay the payment provider fees. Nick from the Development team also helped us super quickly with some custom rules right from the start for a much lower price than we expected, so we were able to blacklist our main troll customers right in the beginning - I recommend to write to the support before you install the app if you also have this need. :) If I could I would grant 7 stars and more with my review.

This app worked flawlessly to immediately block orders that were marked as fraudulent or potentially fraudulent. Then you can decide how you want to proceed once you review the order details. It really helps keep the orders clean!

Orders from potential fraudsters are automatically cancelled and refunded. The app is great! The support is always available and very helpful. We are now very well protected against fraudsters and annoying chargebacks.

We now have the issue of frauds under control. Great app, easy to use and excellent support. I would always recommend it.

Before installing FraudBlock, I would have to make sure I manually canceled orders in my shipping software before my warehouse printed the labels out. FraudBlock makes this entire process seamless for me!

This app is incredible! I was receiving dozens of fraudulent orders a month that were being manufactured by my dropship company before I could catch them. With this app, everything is automated and it's one less thing I have to worry about. The support is incredible. After having to deal with a number of high-risk orders that ended up in monetary losses, we finally found an easy to integrate app that could manage and filter those orders effectively. This in turn has saved us time and money, by automatically dismissing fraudulent orders. We had tried a couple of other apps before, but they didn’t have the features we we’re looking for.
