Utilizo a diario esta App, cuando he necesitado ayuda he contactado con ellos y han estado siempre disponibles. Me encanta.
Very poorly made app with loads of UI glitches. A simple use case of adding a free gift to the cart, the pop up window wont close, the label tag is displaying on the wrong product. The claim gift pop up blocks the entire page and doesnt even have an option to minimise. No one can use this app! The customer support is also very slow, doesnt resolve any issue and only justifies their glitches. Dont waste your time with this one.

Summary: UI issues were due to store-specific widget placement; response was delayed due to a festive holiday, though support was active. Hi, I’m really sorry for the experience you had - I completely understand how frustrating this must have felt. From our review, the issues you faced (claim gift section blocking the page were largely due to how the widget was positioned on your theme. In certain placements (like header), this can affect how the UI behaves. With the correct positioning, these issues can be resolved and are not something most merchants experience. Regarding support, there was a delay due to a festive holiday, but our team was still actively responding and trying to assist you. That said, we agree we should have been faster and clearer in diagnosing and fixing this for you. We also noticed the app was uninstalled quickly, which didn’t give us enough time to complete a full live check and fix everything for you. We’ve taken this seriously and are improving: 1. Clearer guidance on widget placement to avoid UI conflicts 2. Better handling of offer display across cart/products 3. Improvements around claim experience and usability If you’re open to giving us another chance, I’ll personally take ownership and ensure everything is set up correctly for your store. This app allows us to increase the value per customer and from the start has been providing more revenue for us! And the fact that it is free is amazing! Support was super quick and helpful with sorting out a small problem I had. Can definitely recommend.

This app is fantastic! The unique problem is that you can not use pricews without decimals. In my country we don´t use decimals....

Après une semaine d'installation 4 ventes de plus Je ne dirai pas que c'est la meilleure (quelques petits bug : ce qui est tout à fait normal), mais étant donné que c'est gratuit pour l'instant, je comprends qu'ils n'aient pas les moyens de pousser plus leur application Support instantané online top A surveiller je pense qu'il sera un très bon allier pour notre business Je recommande à 1000%
The application while it worked was exactly what I was looking for .... unfortunately it only worked one day and after a week talking to support they told me that I had to wait for them to be available. It is fine that it is a free application but I particularly prefer to pay for one that gives me a better service. In the end I have removed the application.
Very easy setup and usefull app. Support team is great and very fast respond. best of all it's free app.
This app redirects on an item purchase to /checkout instead of /cart. Instead of helping provide a solution we were advised to use their other app that costs money. They were not willing to assist in helping change this code. We're willing to pay some money, but not money with customer service like this.
