Great customer service, with follow up. They understood what had to be tweaked in order to match what I needed to accomplish. I tested several apps to build a gift box and this app, by far, was the simplest to implement. Plus, the cost is lower than the others.

I've been using the free version for a while, just while I established my Build Your Box. I recently upgraded to the paid packages, ran into a little issue early on, but Rishabh was very attentive and quick to resolve my issue. I look forward to continuing to use QE BYOB and have already received orders from customers. :D

We have already started generating sales from this app! Used this app for build your own gift set on our website moriofficial.com. CS was super helpful during setup, and we also discussed with them our specific use case and they immediately hop on a call with us to understand our needs better. Great service and app!

I have been using this app for some time, almost a year i think now, and they have always been really helpful. We came across a little issue but within 48 hours they have customized what was needed for me. Communication has always been really good throughout.

Review 1: The team at QeBoxMaker go above and beyond and have delivered exceptional customer service and experience for our small business. We had little knowledge on how to implement the solution we had in our heads however when messaging QeBoxMaker, not only did they respond instantly but they also took the problem away and reconfigured their code to meet our needs. This didn’t happen just once but twice. I want to thank everyone in the support team at QeBoxMaker for providing world class customer service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this application to anyone with any customisation required for their gift box business. Review 2: We recently launched a new product offering which created complexity with our shipping rates. When I spoke to QE, they were able to quickly understand the complexity and proposed a solution which is where they went above and beyond and edited their code to align to our product offering. This really opened my eyes to how clever these guys are! Well done and thank you so much for continuing to accommodate all of our requests.

The support is out standing !! i was all setup in less then 15 minutes If you are looking for the box builder function stop looking youve arrived! They were able to fix some small adjustments in no-time! NO PROBLEM WHAT SO EVER 5 STARS IT IS!

I cannot say enough about this app and the customer service. I was up and running within a day but needed a few adjustments due to my store setup. I submitted a ticket and they had them done for me immediately. So easy to setup and use love it!

I cannot recommend QeBoxMaker enough. I am not the type of person to leave reviews but when I company goes above & beyond to please their clients, a review must be given. QeBoxMaker Team is exceptional, they were able to solve each and all of my questions in a professional and timely manner. I mentioned that I was not happy with a previous app I was using and what I envisioned for my website. We had been looking at all the various apps in the Shopify store to create our gift builder function and we are really happy we chose the Gift Box Builder. It has been easy to set up and although there have been a few teething problems the customer support team has been AMAZING. Extremely responsive and have made all the changes we have requested for a better customer experience. We are very happy with the app and the support received, would highly recommend.

I loved this app but I needed some changes in order to work with what our business does. The developers quickly arranged a 30 min zoom meeting with me to understand all my requirements. They were even willing to do customizations. Customer support is so important and QeRetail is fantastic!

This app is holding up my website. I purchased it two weeks ago with a 7 day free trial…..but for some reason my 7 day free trial keeps getting extended…..and all of the functionality isn’t there to be able to set up the website. We have not had luck with support, they are non responsive. VERY frustrating.
