I would HIGHLY recommend this app. We are a Gifting company which means a lot of customisation and this app made the setup so easy and allowed us to tailor our products to meet the different needs of our customers. Above my expectations were the support staff that were always super friendly and available to answer my many questions and to go above and beyond to help me with our customised setup. I really do appreciate their deep understanding and patience. Thank you to everyone behind the development of this app and the support staff (particularly Anne!!) that provide an exceptional customer experience.

Review 1: The team at QeBoxMaker go above and beyond and have delivered exceptional customer service and experience for our small business. We had little knowledge on how to implement the solution we had in our heads however when messaging QeBoxMaker, not only did they respond instantly but they also took the problem away and reconfigured their code to meet our needs. This didn’t happen just once but twice. I want to thank everyone in the support team at QeBoxMaker for providing world class customer service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this application to anyone with any customisation required for their gift box business. Review 2: We recently launched a new product offering which created complexity with our shipping rates. When I spoke to QE, they were able to quickly understand the complexity and proposed a solution which is where they went above and beyond and edited their code to align to our product offering.
