We have been using Globe for over a year now, and I can highly recommend it. Creating and printing labels is simple and efficient. It makes processing orders much easier for us. Plus, they have fantastic customer support that provides prompt assistance whenever needed. Highly recommended!
5 stars is not enough. Had trouble with a carrier and they fixed the issue within an hour. Excellent.

Excellent app, easily the best on the market. If I could, I would gladly give it 10 stars instead of 5, especially because I honestly can’t remember the last time I came across such a helpful and responsive service provider (if ever). Every development request or improvement I’ve asked for so far has been implemented incredibly quickly. The app itself is also very stable and fast, supports a huge number of courier companies, and on top of all that, the pricing is unbeatable. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
We have been using Globe Pickup Points on our Shopify store and have been very happy with the app. It solves a fairly significant Shopify limitation: for non-Plus merchants, Shopify does not natively allow customers to select a pickup point directly at checkout. Moving the pickup point selection to the cart has made a big difference for us and helped us significantly reduce the number of undelivered shipments. What I appreciate most, however, is the support from the developers. They have always responded almost immediately and have been willing to solve every issue we encountered — even when the problem was caused by our rather non-standard Shopify setup. Their willingness to investigate the issue and actually find a solution is, in my opinion, a huge added value of this app. Highly recommended — the app works well, and the support is truly exceptional.

Aplikace nám velice usnadňuje celý proces doručování, celý systém je velmi přehledný a také jednoduchý k používání. Speciální poděkování patří Adamovi z podpory, který je velmi ochotný a odpovídá téměř ihned, vždy se snaží poradit a pomoct tím nejlepším způsobem. Aplikaci velmi doporučujeme!!

S aplikací jsme maximálně spokojeni. Běží bezchybně, a když už potřebujeme poradit s nastavením nebo chybějící funkcí, podpora reaguje doslova obratem a je neuvěřitelně ochotná. Skvělý produkt i zákaznická péče – určitě doporučuji.

Excellent support and a very useful app! I had a fairly complex setup with FANbox and Sameday Easybox, different shipping rates for standard and personalized products, and post-purchase pickup point selection. Adam was extremely helpful, responded quickly, checked the setup directly, and helped identify and solve the issue. The app now works exactly as I needed. Great support, very professional and patient. Highly recommended!

We've been using Shopify for several years, and during that time I've tried a few different shipping apps. This one is by far the simplest and most intuitive solution I've used. You can tell it was built by someone who truly understands how e-commerce businesses work. One feature I especially love is being able to update a customer's address or pickup point directly from the order page, without jumping between different screens. It saves time and makes the whole workflow much smoother. Another huge advantage is the pricing. There are no hidden fees for extra integrations or essential features - you know exactly what you're paying for. What impressed me the most is the support. Whenever I had a question or ran into an issue, the team responded incredibly fast and always helped me resolve it. I also suggested a feature that I felt was missing, and to my surprise, they implemented it very quickly. It's rare to find a team that listens to user feedback and acts on it so fast. I've already recommended this app to several friends, and I'll continue recommending it without hesitation. A big thank you to Adam and the entire team for building such an excellent product. We’ve been using Globe for over two years without any issues and it has proven to be a fast and reliable solution for our store. The setup was straightforward and the interface is intuitive, so we were able to get everything running quickly without unnecessary complexity. The seamless integration with our fulfillment process has been especially valuable. It keeps order handling and shipping well organized, reduces manual work and makes our daily operations smoother and more efficient.

App works fine for our GLS parcel deliveries. It tracks status of each parcel and automatically collects COD payments on open orders which saves us a lot of time. Also very helpful and quick support by Adam. We appreciate the high responsiveness. Easy 5 stars.

Excellent app and outstanding customer support The app works perfectly with FOXPOST, GLS and MPL pickup points, including our separate card payment and cash-on-delivery shipping options. We had a configuration issue, and Adam was incredibly helpful, patient and thorough. He investigated everything carefully, found the exact cause of the problem and fixed it very quickly. I’m really happy with both the app and the excellent customer support. Highly recommended!

App works as intended so far. But I would like to highlight the excellent support from the team (Adam and Jan in this case :-) ). He was very helpful and whenever I had a question regarding anything about the delivery process or needed assistance, he responded quickly and provided effective solutions. Overall, a great experience and I truly appreciate the level of customer care.
Spuštění nového e-shopu bývá občas jako skládání nábytku bez návodu. Naštěstí se mě ujal Adam z Centra podpory, který mi vše trpělivě vysvětlil, poradil a pomohl vyřešit zatím všechny mé komplikace se štítky pro dopravce. Díky jeho ochotě a rychlým reakcím jsem dnes nemusela podávat výpověď v práci . Ještě jednou děkuji za trpělivost.
A great app that perfectly meets all my needs for shipping to the EU. But what I really have to highlight is the support (Adam)!!! He helps immediately and resolves issues, which is crucial when you need to send packages. His willingness to address features that aren’t part of the app is also exceptional. For that alone, they deserve six stars.
Absolutely the most responsive support team of any app we use. They take care of everything quickly and reliably. If there’s an integration they don’t yet offer but we need it, I simply mention it to them and within just over a week it’s built. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Great app with a huge number of available pickup points. The biggest plus for me is their customer care — whenever I ran into a technical issue, they helped me right away, and even custom-coded features when I needed them.

Testovala jsem několik různých Shopify integrací pro výdejní místa a dopravu a Globe to vyhrál na plné čáře. Podpora reagovala extrémně rychle a ochotně. Společně jsme vyřešili poměrně specifický problém s API integrací testovací verze Balíkovny rychle a efektivně a teď už všechno krásně funguje tak, jak má. Jejich prostředí je jednoduché, intuitivní a velmi příjemné na používání. Velké plus je možnost tisknout štítky přímo z Shopify pro většinu hlavních českých dopravců. Opravdu velké díky celému týmu

Nemám žiadne výhrady, appka je naozaj skvelá. Konečne odpadá nutnosť mať samostatné napojenie na každého dopravcu, čo šetrí kopu peňazí. Globe prináša množstvo vylepšení, ktoré som inde nevidel. Veľkou výhodou je aj skvelý support, neustále pribúdajúce nové funkcie a veľmi jednoduché, logické nastavenie.

Simply phenomenal customer support! At the beginning, I had several issues with the setup and honestly felt a bit lost. However, the support team responded quickly and professionally to every single question I had, guiding me step by step through the entire configuration process. I would especially like to highlight Adam’s work — he was extremely helpful, patient, and highly knowledgeable. Jako majitel e-shopu jsem s aplikací Globe maximálně spokojený. Servis i podpora fungují skvěle – vždy ochotně poradí a všechno rychle vyřeší. Oceňuji jednoduché používání a to, že zákazníci mají na výběr z mnoha výdejních míst i dopravců. Za mě jasná volba, můžu jen doporučit.
