We’ve been using GoGetters for our dropshipping process and are very satisfied. Importing products is simple and works quickly, which makes setting up new products really easy. Order processing and syncing also work well and reliably. On top of that, the customer service is helpful and responds quickly when needed. Overall a great app if you’re looking for an easy and reliable solution for dropshipping. Definitely recommended.

Sinds ik de Gogetters app gebruik voor mijn webshop, bespaar ik gigantisch veel tijd. De integratie met Europese leveranciers verloopt volledig vlekkeloos en de product-synchronisatie werkt perfect.

Online ondersteuning is prima in orde. Men lost eventuele problemen op. Kan er goed mee overweg.

Support réactif. Les fonctionnalités de bases sont bonnes, mais si vous souhaitez du custom, le support répond rapidement et tente de vous trouver une solution. Je recommande

Ik heb veel problemen ervaren met het importeren van de producten. Dergelijke problemen doen zich niet voor als je rechtstreeks vanuit BigBuy of VidaXL importeert. Dit heeft me helaas 250 euro gekost. De medewerker van de klantenservice leek zelf ook niet te begrijpen wat er aan de hand was. Het spijt me, maar ik ben erg gefrustreerd. Ik heb hier dagenlang aan gewerkt zonder resultaat. Uiteindelijk heb ik besloten de software te deïnstalleren en het verlies te accepteren. Dank voor je review Tolgahan! Vervelend dat je deze ervaring hebt gehad met onze app. Het probleem waar je mee kampte hebben wij dezelfde dag nog opgelost, helaas had je de app toen al verwijderd. Inmiddels hebben wij al enkele jaren ervaring met GOGETTERS en wij zijn vanaf het eerste moment al zeer tevreden. De app biedt vele functionaliteiten, is zeer gebruikersvriendelijk, werkt goed en de service is top! Vragen worden altijd snel opgepakt en naar volle tevredenheid afgehandeld. Ze denken mee en nemen echt de tijd en moeite om te helpen. Wat wil je nog meer?

Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht von dieser App. Mein gesamter Online-Shop ist ausverkauft, und die Lagerbestände von Vidaxl wurden auf null gesetzt. Dies ist inakzeptabel, äußerst unprofessionell und schadet meiner Marke erheblich. Binnen einer Woche sind zwei große Fehler passiert, und das ist einfach inakzeptabel. Ich beginne bereits damit, allen mitzuteilen, dass sie diese App besser meiden sollten. Ich werde selbst nach einer Alternative suchen, falls sich solche Probleme erneut ergeben sollten. Ich habe Verständnis dafür, dass Fehler passieren können, aber bei einer so wichtigen App ist das unverzeihlich! Naar mijn mening is Gogetters.nl the way to go voor een online dropshipping business! Ik heb meermaals beroep gedaan op de klantenservice en ik moet zeggen deze is TOP! Bob en Ceder staan paraat om je te helpen als er technische problemen zijn! Ze antwoorden binnen de werkdag! ECHT FANTASTISCH! Alleen al voor de klantenservice zou ik hen aanraden. Ze hebben niet alleen het platform en de leveranciers maar ze denken ook mee na om problemen die je hebt op te lossen. Zodat de klanten van mij de optimale winkel/shopervaring hebben.

WARNING DO NOT INSTALL. App sucks, there is NO 30 day free trial despite it being advertised, they straight up charge $183. for absolutely nothing. The suppliers on the App has nothing in stock so it is completley useless. The positive Reviews that are praising this App is obviously written by the developers them selfs. Dear Shoppanzee, We have tried to reach out to you by email to see where your review comes from. Our app only started offering a 30 day trial on the lite plan recently. When you installed the app there was a free plan which you could have used to check the suppliers and inventory. There you could have seen that we have hundreds of thousands of products in stock with various suppliers. If there weren’t any suitable suppliers, you could have reached out to our excellent support team and within a few hours we would have been able to help you. When it comes to the US$183 charge, Shopify will never charge any amount without you confirming this amount within Shopify. If you find the time, please reach out to our customer support. Thank you.
