Great support and very well build app. Way better then the other suppliers offering VidaXL. GoGetters clears the competitors by miles!
We installed the app and were in contact with a member of their team. He noticed that we were using other plug-ins and proceeded with manual customization. Apparently, no testing was conducted after making these changes. As a result, our entire front page became non-functional, and product images failed to load. This issue cost us a full day of revenue. Completely unacceptable. Hi, The issues you mentioned are caused by the landing page app, Visually.io.
