Just getting started with the app, but the support team has been really responsive and proactive — they reviewed my store right away and pointed out exactly what needed fixing (even caught my favicon issue). As someone who doesn't have much technical knowledge, having their team handle the setup has made this so much easier. Looking forward to seeing the results.

Been using the app just 24hrs now, but so far 5-star support from the Tapita team. So much I’m learning about proper metafields, etc., and so much that was lacking in my store is now being fixed. Seems like there will be a good time investment up front, but once things are fixed, it will run along on it’s own mostly…stay tuned for an update in a month! Thanks Tapify, for making it easy to get rolling…the price is right.
