Integration is easy, everything works as expected, but if you plan to dive into specific niche, check if they have a lot of items in stock. I went with boots (combat + hiking mainly) and sadly quite a few of the popular ones are out of stock and god knows when they will be back.

I really like Hertwill and I intend to keep using it. The concept is excellent for stores like mine because the platform gives access to interesting independent brands and products that can be difficult to source elsewhere, and Hertwill regularly improves the service. Their team is also communicative and responds when I need help. What prevents me from giving five stars is the operational friction behind the platform. In my experience so far, around half of my Hertwill-fulfilled orders have required some form of intervention. The main issue is that problems are often discovered only after the customer has already placed the order. I have had a product turn out to be unavailable after the fulfillment process had started, another order that was marked as fulfilled with tracking but was never actually shipped, and a product-quality complaint that I chose to refund immediately at my own cost because I did not want to ask an already unhappy customer for additional proof. I currently also have an order being returned to sender after a DPD delivery issue. Hertwill is assisting me with the case, but it is another situation where I may ultimately have to refund the customer if they no longer want to wait. This matters even more because many of the brands I selected through Hertwill make or prepare products to order. My customers understand that these products can take longer than standard e-commerce deliveries because they are buying for quality, craftsmanship or rarity. But when something goes wrong with stock, fulfillment or delivery, the wait becomes much harder for the customer. Hertwill has a very good concept, good products and a platform that keeps improving. Their support is available and communicative. I would simply like stock availability, supplier fulfillment and delivery handling to become more reliable, so I do not need to contact support as often to discover that an order cannot proceed as expected.

Hands-down best experience I had so far - qualitative, premium products shipped and even made in EU. Photos, descriptions and product sync set the bar really high, I don't think I have seen any other apps do that. Everything is quite intuitive and easy to start. I'd definitely recommend!

I have been using Hertwill for a little less than a year for my shoes and accessories shop. This is a side business for me, so I have limited time to invest, but I have been extremely satisfied with the products and service provided by Hertwill. I have had many orders without a single hiccup, and whenever something needed to be communicated (e.g., a delay in the delivery of a handmade item by an artisan), I was properly informed and could manage my communication with the customer in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!

The Hertwill app provides a solid foundation for my store. The team is very willing to help, the product assortment is good, and the provided materials are clear. ​However, there are a few notable drawbacks. Email communication and response times are on the slower side, and unfortunately, not all goods can be delivered door-to-door. Another missing feature is order consolidation – it is currently not possible to ship items from different brands together in a single package. ​Additionally, the overview of issued documents is quite weak. Specifically, I am missing shipping invoices when returning goods back to Hertwill, as well as credit notes for the original invoices for the purchased items. ​Overall, it is a decent app with a helpful team, but the administrative side, shipping flexibility, and communication speed definitely need some work.

Fast shipping times, even better customer service, and a very user-friendly platform. After searching for a reliable supplier in Europe that offers both quality and fast delivery, this is the only one that truly met the expectations. The products are high quality, shipping is quick, and you don't have to worry about cheap, low-quality imports. Highly recommended if you're looking for a trustworthy European supplier!!

I havent been using Hertwill app for too long but at the moment I can say mostly good things about it. Product import works well and it's easy to set prices before importing. The products are different from the ones in Aliexpress dropshipping apps and look super high quality, although please add more bedroom-related items (pillows, textiles). Overall very happy with the experience so far!

We've had overall a very positive experience so far. Customer service is responsive and very helpful. The selection of brands and products is good. The process with selecting and importing products is straightforward and quick. Everything (incl. fulfilment) has been smooth so far and as described.

i am on a dispute with them they have never acknowledge me paying a charge for a plus memebership that i have stopped because i informed them that i need to withdraw from the applivcation and i have removed all their products but they say that i still need to pay a charge that was already paid. i have asked them to check maybe there are 2 different account under the same store as the billing shows 2 different invoice numbers. but today i have received an email very sarcastic about not being tom cruise in mission impossibe this is what the email stated and they dont want to remove the charge because i don't want to go further with the subscription. I am just replying here since i dont know where to go to reply to you . Thank you for your answer (developper) i was waiting for someone to address my query and double check and this is what i have asked in all my emails for a confirmation that there wasn't any double payment, as i got 2 different invoice numbers that is why i was in doubt if i had done a mistake while subscribing (you can go check these 25 emails) it was really unprofetional from the customer service to be sarcastic with me. and i repeat again i had never accused hertwill that they have been not honnest i receive the payment title as subscription fees knowing that i the previous ones were marked as application fees that is why i asked to double check but my query was not addressed it was just a repeated info. and the biling cycle started on the 10 of may 2026 same day i have unsubscribe and asked for removal of the payment then i got informed that i didnt pay the April invoice which is not true and the screenshot customer service had sent me had just 2 payment cycle that is why again things were unclear for me and i have tried to communicate with Hertwill and not to accuse. i hope tings have been cleared for you. this is what happended. Also the same happened last month when i requested to stop my subscription and get a refund i have been told that you dont give refunds. thank you for your patience. it was very unprofessional from the customer service side to handle the issue in this way.

Over het algemeen tevreden. Er worden wel geregeld verkeerde items verzonden, maar dan is ook niet perse te verwijten aan Hertwill, maar komt uit het merk zelf. Het wordt dan ook vaak keurig opgelost. Ze beloven alleen soms wel dingen die ze niet na kunnen komen en dat is erg jammer, dat zorgt voor extra administratie vanuit ons en teleurstelling bij onze klanten. Afgelopen maandag zouden de producten die ik een aantal weken geleden heb gestuurd verzonden worden...het werd beloofd per mail. Je raadt het al...niets verzonden en communicatie blijft ook uit...

There have been stock level issues in Q4, meaning the ordered items were out of stock even though there should have been availability. This has caused harms in building the reputation for a new webhop. However I can clearly see an improvement, which is the most important thing. Happy to see the development, keep it up!

Customer support is responsive and helpful, the app is easy to install, pricing feels reasonable, and there’s a good range of quality products from European brands. The only downside is that shipping can be a bit expensive for some markets/products — but it’s understandable. Overall, I do recommend this app.

Great customer support, and a page is realy easy to navigate. Products are easily imported and are of great quality. Only downside is that some suppliers have prices almost as high as their selling prices on their websites so there is no margin for a dropshipper on their products. Also, shipping to some areas of EU is 14,99 so you need to do some magic with your pricing. Hertwill is everything I hoped it would be as a dropshipper. PS: Don't sleep on the marketing material they provide. Unique for a dropshipping provider to give you so much A class material to use.

The application works really well, and orders are processed largely automatically. The ordered products have arrived to customers within the agreed timeframe. What’s especially great is how smoothly the synchronization between the online store and Hertwill works.

I was skeptical at first, another dropshipping app, right? But Hertwill's been solid. Honestly, products are very good, shipping's been reliable, and I haven't had any of those 'oops, your store's broken' moments. Plus, they actually answer when you ask a question. Real people, not just a bot. That's worth a lot!

I have been using the Hertwill app on Shopify since it was launched on the platform, and a lot of development has taken place. Overall, I have mostly positive things to say, but I have identified at least two areas for improvement: - The return process is poor because the customer has to print the return address label themselves. In my opinion, this is unacceptable in the digital era of 2025. For the past 1.5 years, I have received the same response—that the return process is continuously being developed—but nothing big has changed yet. I also suggested a long time ago that the return address label should be automatically included in shipments. - Currently, Hertwill processes exchange orders as separate orders, which means that on the Shopify platform, you have to create a new order for the customer, and the distribution process functions as it does for new orders. However, Shopify also has a feature that allows exchange orders to be handled in a way where, once the return of the original product has been initiated, you can add a new product to the same "order card" after processing the return and request its distribution. However, this function does not work with Hertwill. These two improvements would significantly ease the workload of Shopify merchants.

Hertwill just may be the single best product to Dropship in Europe. The team managed to connect with suppliers who source top quality product with speedy fulfillment times. Clean interface, no gimmicks - easy to use and improvements are coming. What really stands out here is the fantastic support team. Pros: One of the best dropshipping apps out there - great product description and pictures, good quality brands. Clear interface, easy to use and intuitive. Really reasonable subscription plans. Last but not least they have amazing customer service and a very felt personal touch. Cons: You do have to be approved by each brand (but so do your competitors so there is a positive too) and each brand charges separately for shipping.
