SEOPro: SEO Products Optimizer

Absolutely great for an easy traffic light system for recognising SEO problems on a site. Falls short on customer service for bulk change help. Very basic package. Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you find the traffic light system helpful for identifying SEO issues. We’re sorry our support didn’t meet your expectations for bulk changes.. We’re also exploring ways to enhance our features and would love to hear any specific suggestions you have. Thanks for sharing your experience—it helps us grow!

This is a very useful tool, I gave it a 4 star, (really a 3.5 due to the useability structure) for its value and assistance in SEO text. However, it could be structured to be more user-friendly for people who are not knowledgeable about the bundling options. That part is very convoluted and even with the video I was unable to create those factors for my products. When I go to use an app, I don't want to spend a ton of time educating myself on all the functions, it should be very streamlined and self-explanatory to use since I am paying for it. That's like me going to the store and them wanting me to check myself out. I don't work there so I find it offensive to do their job and still be charged for my items without some sort of incentive or discount. Just backward thinking that doesn't take the end consumers into account. Though the service is valuable, the value is taken from it based on the experience. Hi, Thank you for this candid feedback. We will work on improving the UX/UI dramatically to make it easier to use. We've send you an email to get more insights into the confusing elements and we'll make sure to integrate your feedback in our redesign. We're very happy that you still found value in the product as a power user, but we'll make changes to streamline the experience. Our customer support is always ready to help if you face any additional issue: support@seo-pro.app. Also we have an help center that can help provide answers to additional questions: help.seo-pro.app Have an amazing day!

Very easy to use. I am hoping that following the steps that it will increase my traffic and sales for my products.

This app does what it says it will do for an affordable price. This is my third try with an seo app and this one is definitely the one that I will keep. Wow, that’s so great to hear! Thanks you for your feedback. In the next two weeks, I’ll add more bulk features - bulk updating products price, meta fields and a few more. Will continue to add value. Thank you so much ! I don’t know what it did but I feel good about it. Have received so many offers on the internet to optimize my SEO and never trusted anyone. Nice to know Shopify trusts this app because I’d never just choose anything out of the blue.

Was easy to use and updated all my alt text. They even said they’ll remind me in a few weeks for updating new images. Appreciate their support. Highly recommend. Wow! Thank you so much ! So glad to hear that the app helped you 🧡🙏 Arjun, Co-founder

I do not recommend using the app we decided to check it out with 30 products and went back to our website to find out they changed all of our alt text on 6,000 products without permission and no help after contacting! Hey Joy, Thanks for the review :) You are absolutely right that the app successfully optimized the alt text for all of your 6000 products. As discussed in the emails, we don’t have the option to select specific products. Not sure how you were able to check it out with selected products or how you got the impression we do that, as we don’t have that functionality in the app. Instead when you click on “Optimize” the app optimizes the alt text tags for ALL product images. Have a good week. Arjun, Co-founder
