I use Instant.so to build my clients’ e-commerce stores at Brandlystic, and it makes it so much easier to bring my Figma designs to life while keeping the focus on conversions.
This app is amazing, I love how I was able to build my website with it and it has astomishing visual elements. Also the support really helped me out with getting the header published :) www.receiveharmony.de
Great support, super fast responses and on the dot!
Es una excelente app y apenas estamos empezando, me gusta muchísimo y el soporte es excepcional.
Absolutely impressed with this app. In 2 days, I was able to build and design so many things Shopify didn't allow me to do by itself.. the sky is the limit. Support was quick and fixed an issue with my WeGlot translation app so fast. Thanks!
I have used a lot of different web builders/page builder like squarespace, claude, wix, relume, wordpress, the list is endless. This is the best one out there and its not even close. Dont waste your time with any others, theres literally nothing you cant build with this. and its super easy, you can show it a reference website and it will smash it out for you.
The app is very easy to use and it has a great support team. Our pages and blog posts look nicer, and we can create them much faster and more easily than before. Really recommend it.
I recently installed Instant Page Builder for my Shopify store and upgraded to the pro plan, and I’m genuinely impressed with the experience. The Page Builder functionality is amazing. I’ve been able to improve my website significantly and make changes that would have been much more difficult with the standard Shopify tools. The flexibility and customization options have made a noticeable difference in how I’m able to build and optimize my website. But what has impressed me most is the customer service. The support has been perfect; fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I’ve even received immediate assistance on weekends, which is something I honestly didn’t expect. When you’re working on an e-commerce store and trying to get something done, having someone respond quickly and actually help solve the problem is incredibly valuable. For Shopify store owners looking for a powerful, dynamic page builder with advanced functionality, customization options, and responsive customer support, I highly recommend trying Instant Page Builder.
I am surprised more people don't know about Instant. Gives us everything we need to build and scale our brand. The AI has been a great addition and works super well. Ask and you will receive. The team is also super responsive, to the point of easily scheduling a one-on-one call with the CEO. Amazing company.
The interface is very good, the AI was not working so well and then... Customer support reached out to me and taught me how to use the AI, very positive experience overall. 5/5 recommendation. Shout out to Colin on customer support!
The AI is light years ahead of the competition, this cuts our time in half and produces better results. We are very happy with support team as well, always available to answer.
We moved to Instant from GemPages a while ago and we're really happy with how it works. The editor is the biggest win. It's responsive, it does what you expect it to do, and we haven't run into the sluggishness we were used to before. Two features stand out for us: support for meta fields, and synced components. The latter saves a lot of time, since we no longer have to update the same section on every page separately. Support and communication have been excellent too. We ran into some issues right before our website launch, and the team was generous enough to give us extra product template pages so we didn't have to delay the launch. Other small hiccups along the way were picked up quickly as well. The AI agent is also worth mentioning. It's smart and gives useful answers to the questions that come up while you're working, which means less back and forth. One small wish: a Cloud MCP would make the software even more powerful. That aside, we're very positive about Instant.
Amazing page builder. The level of customization is unmatched and any time I need support, they seem to be right on top of it and have a solution to my issue very quickly. Team is very professional and helpful especially in those more technical situations.
So far its been a really good experience. The website builder is easy to use and the AI builder is very helpful too. There are occasionally some issues, but the support team is very helpful and quick to assist. Definitely a good platform to use, would recommend.
infinite times better than Gempages. For non techy's like me. Love it. Like all AI's Instant AI also takes you for a ride sometimes. But then their human support team has been great so far. 4 Star bcos of token hungry, a bit clunky AI. otherwise full 5 stars.
Really fast and active helpdesk through the chat function. Solving issues with humans, not ai. Thanks
I have zero clue how to code. Zero clue how to build a website... but this made it as if I had been designing for years. Jay is always on top of it and willing to help. The AI bot is very easy to work with. As long as you come in with clear and concise directions you will end up with the website of your dreams.
Coen, Jay, Egor, and the whole team at Instant is extremely competent, super friendly, and always ready to help. The app is really strong and allows to build sections and pages at lightning speed. And they launch new features and improvements every week.. Trust me, try Instant and you won't regret it.
I switched from Replo because there were just too many things Replo doesn't do natively that Instant handles out of the box. The UI is simple but packed with features, and it's been especially good for us selling across multiple markets. Support has been great too. Responsive and very accommodating every time I've reached out. The AI builder is a huge timesaver for getting pages up fast. It gets lost sometimes and needs steering, but it still saves me far more time than it costs.
Fixed my old theme very quickly and now my website is live and beautiful! Thank you!!!!
An absolute must-have for anyone new to Shopify or simply looking to level up their store's presentation and user experience. Instant allows us to bring our exact vision to life without any developers or code. We can ship updates and optimise our conversion rate on our own, and as a new brand with limited resourcing and a trust gap to bridge this is SO important. The support team have been incredibly fast to respond and have actually gotten hands on with our theme and account to help us resolve any issues we have had. The platform itself is intuitive, flexible and miles ahead of other page builders we’ve tried from a UX perspective. It genuinely feels like Framer for Shopify. Highly recommend.
The support is next level when something doesn't work they dive in and help find the problem. 99% of the time its intuitive and just works, the remaining 1% of the time there's someone there eager to help.
Once you get the hang of things the app is easy to use and super flexible! The digital assistant is generally very useful if you get stuck and if it can't help, the team have been able to step in and help instead (Jay in partcular has helped me on multiple occasions and has been fantastic). Great app and great support. Highly recommend especially if you don't know coding. You get true flexibility here.
It is a great app with great support. I am using the trial version richt now. But it looks great. I think I will get the full version soon.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Here's my story. I’ve had an Etsy shop for over two years and realized that if I wanted to grow, I needed to take things to the next level. I had been using Shopify for about nine months, but I struggled to turn a standard template into a website that truly represented my business. Without any coding skills, I was getting frustrated. One day, I decided to use ChatGPT to see if I could design a website with AI that I would be proud to put out into the world. Within two days, I had created something really impressive. The problem was figuring out how to make it a reality. I had two options: pay a huge amount of money to have someone build it for me—which could take weeks or even months—or find a tool that would help me build it myself. After spending a day researching, I came across Instant AI Builder. I was skeptical at first, but I decided to give it a try. The free version provided enough functionality to start building from the designs and images I had created with ChatGPT. I was hooked almost immediately. Before long, I upgraded to the Pro plan and purchased additional AI credits. From there, I was off and running. In about a week, I went from having nothing to launching a live Shopify site that looks like it could have cost $10,000 or more and taken months for a team of developers to create. Now, to be fair, there were a few occasions when I needed help from a real person. The AI couldn't solve every issue, and I reached out to the Instant team several times. Each time, they were responsive, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The AI itself was incredibly powerful, allowing me to tweak, customize, and refine every aspect of the site to match my vision. I truly can't say enough good things about Instant AI Builder and the team behind it. They have created an amazing product and provide excellent support for people like me who have little to no coding experience. Just today, I ran into an issue with my navigation menu. Jay responded quickly, fixed the problem, and even took the time to explain what he had done so I could learn from the experience. If you're serious about creating a professional Shopify website and elevating your business to look like an established brand, I highly recommend giving Instant AI Builder a try. One feature that deserves special mention is their pricing flexibility. After you've built your site, you can downgrade your account back to the free plan, and they will retain everything you've created. When you're ready to make updates or add new features, simply reactivate your subscription for the time you need it and continue right where you left off. For a small business owner with no coding background, that flexibility is a huge advantage. Highly recommended. Gordon Taylor OneHotLaser.com
My most used app on Shopify, simply a game-changer. Thanks guys, and special thanks to Mehedi for being so patient.
Great pagebuilder for Shopify if you look to find a solution to easily build any form of website and webshop.
Instant feels more like a professional frontend builder than just another page builder app. Highly recommended for anyone serious about improving store design, AI, CRO, and workflow efficiency. Editor is fast, intuitive, and gives a lot more design freedom compared to most traditional Shopify builders. Being able to create highly custom landing pages, product AI pages, and sections without touching code is a huge advantage. Another major plus is the support team — genuinely one of the fastest and most helpful support experiences we’ve had on Shopify apps. They respond quickly, explain things clearly, and actually help solve issues instead of sending generic replies. Highly recommend*****
so far so good - day 1 . real issue is page speed. I just switched from Gem pages and so far the speed is better. the building is harder. Not a bad thing TBH it is deeper so there is a learning curve. Support is solid. I'd be lost with out them.
Easy to learn - great experience. Excellent customer support, too.
Instant.so is an incredible tool. I've been an e-commerce business owner for 10 years and have been working with Shopify for half of that. It's always been really difficult to customize landing pages within Shopify, and the process has always been: 1. Hire a designer. 2. Get the designer to make the Figma files. 3. Get the developer to then develop the page. This can take as long as two weeks to fully accomplish. With instance, I don't need a designer. I don't need a developer. All I need to do is download the app, ask the AI to build the page for me based on our brand parameters, or you can use their hundreds of templates that they offer. It's so easy and so seamless, plus the team is awesome. Shout out to Arslan for being so helpful. And shout out to Coen for creating such a brilliant product that anybody in e-commerce can use.
instant is the best page builder. I ran into a dynamic variant issue they got into my account and fixed it for me. They are awesome!
I’ve had a really great experience using Instant AI Page Builder. The customer service is fantastic, quick to respond and actually helpful when you need things resolved. The pages themselves come out clean, professional, and visually appealing. There’s a lot of flexibility with the editing options, so you can easily customize everything to match your brand and style. One of the standout features is the AI assistant. It makes building sections much faster and takes a lot of the guesswork out of design and layout. Overall, it’s a powerful tool that’s easy to use and delivers high-quality results.
Even with my basic design skills I was able to create a stunning store. Everything looks clean and professional without much effort. The best part: The support team is really quick and helpful, which makes the whole process way smoother. Definitely made things a lot easier for me.
I had a critical sync issue just one day before my store launch. I was very worried, but the support team (Arslan) was incredibly helpful. He jumped into the builder, identified the issue immediately, and explained the mechanism clearly. The app itself is powerful, but their customer support is what truly sets them apart. Thank you for saving my launch!
Great page builder once you get over the learning curve. Very flexible and solid support.
Never installed it, they took money from my card. I desinstalled, it still taking money. I have to delete my entire shop to be free from them

Hi, we're sorry for the frustration and want to help. Please reach out to support@instant.so. To clarify: all app billing is handled directly by Shopify, not by us. We can't subscribe, charge, or unsubscribe anyone ourselves. Only the store owner or a staff member with sufficient permissions can start a subscription, and Shopify requires them to approve the charge first. We can see the app was installed and active at one point, and the subscription has since ended, so no further charges should occur. This was likely an accidental install. Contact us, and we'll make sure it's fully resolved.
Easily the most capable WYSIWYG editor on the Shopify platform today. Their support is top notch, and they're constantly adding new features. One of my favorite software experiences in decades.
The best page builder. The best customer support. Built a 10/10 site in just a few days. Even with a pretty complex subscription setup. Asked for help once, and the team jumped in instantly, edited the site live, and made it work exactly how I wanted. That kind of support is rare. If you want something easy to use that actually helps you convert better I recommend Instant
I really like this app, I was able to give my product pages a fresh new professional look. There's so many tools, I'm sure I am only scratching the surface, but support has been great for any questions I have. There's also lots of videos and documents to help you along the way.
Absolute Empfehlung – 100 %!
Amazing! Love the app, and I love the support! Made my site look better instantly all with a few clicks!
Amazing app, super easy to use and the best customer care. My requests were handled in about 5 minutes!
The app in itself is 100% worth your money. The customization you can make in this app would cost you hundreds if not thousands if you'd hire someone on upwork or fiverr to do it. That being said, the support on itself is the best support I have had for any app EVER on Shopify. The creators of the app, together with their team, have made an amazing community. +10000 points.
The live support is a total game changer. It has made things so much easier for us since we have no experience with a web builder. The support staff teach you how to do things which aids with learning of the platform. I would recommend this platform!
Excellent customisation options and versatility. Fast page speed load times using templates. Integrates easily back-end with third party apps. There are a few minor cosmetic/functional capabilities that haven't been added yet, but when they are Instant will be limitless.
It's amazing! Everything I have been looking for - for years. I am not the best with getting around with new technical stuff, but the team has been really helpful. They also have a whole course you can watch, which makes everything so easy! I would highly recommend.
I started out using a super simple template, but Instant leveled things up big time. With the new cart features, I can fully go ham with my store design, no restrictions at all. Everything is finally 1:1 with my Figma designs. Absolute game changer.
great app and great team support service! highly recommend this app
It's been a real pleasure working with Instant to create a Shopify site. (Almost) total creative freedom, with integration of many native Shopify features as well as third-party ones. A dynamic team with a real vision of the builder market, which I am sure will make Instant number one in the coming years.
Many thanks to Jay and all the agents. They are always very helpful :)
