App is not working for more than a week now, without respond from anyone... I pay much for an app which is not working.
all the buttons to contact support do not work, and I need to contact support in order to enable the app.
Seems like a decent product if it works out of the box, but I haven't been able to get any customer service for a couple weeks. Tried reaching out a couple different want without any luck. Tough to want to pay for that.
I downloaded it and it wanted me to pay $9.99 per month. The FREE Plan is not FREE!
Great app! They remove the watermark for free even for the free plan, so you can use all of the app's features and get a feel for it + have no watermark for the upsells, without paying anything! Very simple to use, + support is great. Thank you!
Great app and the app can be customized quite easily. We are sure we will recive quite a few upsells with the new app. Also the support is very good !
Reply on chat is almost instant and very helpful. The app is free if you have a small store which is awesome and the app itself looks great tbh!
JM
The app works great! I just installed it but the customization is easy and it looks great. It's fast - does not slow down my website. It functions perfectly. Thank you!
Ist working on my store - wrote to them via email and chat box and no response in one week!!! And being charged for non working app
I highly recommend the app. It makes it easy to increase sales by offering relevant products to customers at the perfect time during their checkout process. A great tool to boost revenue!
Wonderful, it's concise, easy to get started, and perfect for marketing. Customer service is also very good. Thanks
Amazing! The application is working very good on our page. We are using it for upselling. Thank you!
Easy to set up, does what it's supposed to do and the support is great! If there will be more revenue is in my hands now depending on what upsells I offer ;)
Best upsell app I've tried, and great support. I had a small problem that they fixed within an hour of me sending my message so that's nice. I installed it this afternoon and have already made a sale with the app.
Very Nice program, very easy and logical to set up, the first time I used it only took less than 5 minutes to configure and it worked; also the responsiveness of the program is impressive and well worth the recommendation!
Julian has been super helpful and responsive with custom requests and fixes. This app is definitely helping to increase our AOV. It's simple, slick, and customers like it. It's not cheap, so I hope they continue to add additional features!
Nice and very useful application! Everything is set up quickly and easily. On the plus side, it works with a subscription app unlike most similar apps!
This upsell plugin has been an absolute GAME-CHANGER in our business. Highly, highly recommend!! As for the customer support…it is outstanding!!! They are friendly, quick to respond, and happy troubleshoot anything that needs to be solved. World class business.
I love this app. The support is very helpful. I use the app for 2 weeks and my AOV increased with 20%. Thank you !! It's very easy to customize it.
This is one of the best app you will find on the app store. They have one of the best customer support ever seen (special thanks to Julian for your patience) and they are also continuously developing new features. Highly recommended!
