We've had a great experience working with Jebbit overall. The interface takes some getting used to in our experience, but once you get the hang of it it really is a great tool. I was using Typeform but the features I needed (like a button) were locked behind an inaccessible paywall. I am so pleased with Jebbit—it does everything I need it to while being aesthetically pleasing and free, to boot. Really glad I found it. It improves the image of my business. Also, support is amazing. They sent along a whole video tutorial for me. Very helpful as a visual learner.

I had a bad experience with Octane AI - The support team was bad, they hiked their prices and they started sending disingenuous emails which, frankly, was the last straw. In comparison, the Jebbit support team so far has been top notch and their quiz builder seems to have all the functionality Octane did, if not more. Looking forward to getting more stuck in with this app!

this platform is very easy to use. If you do need support they are very quick to contact and can resolve issues quick. Adrian is amazing she is so sweet and fixes any issues that I have. Happy with the app so far. Prepared my first quiz, was able to make everything I wanted to. I had to try 3 other apps, but each of them was not able to provide everything I wished to have. Some are just product recomendation quizes, some are not flexible and customisable, some are very expensive, some dont have images options and so on. Jebbit helped upgrade our quiz game 10-fold. We had a beautiful quiz designed for our site but had no way of capturing that data, and it ultimately became very tedious to edit/manage. Jebbit was exactly what I was looking for! The app is a bit advance in my opinion but there is always someone ready to help in the chat box. You get a response in a very good timeframe. They go above and beyond to answer you questions, with personalized video tutorials and all.

We are still in the early stages of setting up our quiz through Jebbit so I can't comment on the software itself, although the customer service we've received its outstanding. They are very diligent and considerate!

This app makes it super simple to add quizzes into your marketing arsenal. There are templates of all types that make it easy to implement and creative examples that serve as inspiration for our own funnel. The best support we've experienced from any Shopify app. Everyone from the Jebbit team was happy to help us get up and running quickly, especially Joe. The interface is user-friendly and takes the guesswork out of most things. As a company, we will be using this tool for everything from lead gen to product development. Worth the install just to try them out.

So far, so good. Price seems a little steep at first, until you see that it really does generate a lot of leads if you follow their suggestions for placing the quiz front and center on your homepage and in the top announcement bar. If you follow their suggestions, the quiz really works.

We are still learning to implement this app so I can't speak to its effectiveness in actual use. We have started setting up our first workflow and Jebbit's support team has been incredible. Helpful, prompt, clear and courteous. I couldn't be more pleased so far.

This is an incredible App! It managed to meet my needs outside of the standard quiz App that none of the other Apps were able to do. Someone as technically challenged as me was able to create something so beautiful and clean that it looked like a developer had done it. The customer service is amazing, and helped me find my way very quickly. It is extremely useful and easy to navigate. Definitely worth it. I came for the free plan and actual found it worth investing in.

We're about 90 days into 2 quiz's with Jebbit and the returns have been a great assets for our business. We are in a confusing category and helping shoppers start looking at the product options most relevant to them is critical. In the first 30 days after we launched, our product recommender quiz on our homepage we saw that everyone who participated spent more time, bounced less and converted at a higher rate after answering just a few questions about their life and needs. Our second quiz is sent to email marketing database segments in order to gather more first party data around members lifestyle and needs which helps us turn around and improve our communication, personalization and acquisition activity in multiple channels. Ours Shopify app connection helps simplify our feed updates and lock together these 2 key elements of our digital marketing stack. Jebbit's feed based quiz also vastly simplifies the setup and management of our quiz expereinces.

Within two weeks, I grew my email list by 100 subscribers with this Jebbit quiz. Plus, we are making sales from the quiz product recommendations. Highly recommend.

On the occasions where I struggled and needed help, I used the online chat to ask questions, where I had very quick and helpful replies from a friendly person. This is the app you're looking for. We searched high and low for a quiz app that could actually do computational logic (gives points for each answer to give a personality result at the end) and all the other quiz apps just use path logic (or whatever it's called where it's a choose-your-own-adventure "answer a goes to question c, answer b goes to question f, etc"). All the other apps we tried (which were many) had to be seriously adjusted just to do what we perceived as pretty basic functionality... but I guess it isn't so basic after all. Jebbit is the ONLY app that does what we need it to do, plus it has Klaviyo integration and can pass campaign tags, so we can track the effectiveness by channel. In just a couple of weeks, we made enough sales through the quiz that the enterprise upgrade paid for itself. ... and now we can make zillions of quizzes! Watch out, world!

We wanted an app to help people select the right coffee from our selection for their taste palette. We wanted to take into account the flavors, the roasts, the caffeine amount, etc. We tried multiple apps but none were as easy to use or had the real logic built in that this app does. And their customer service is amazing - even though I had the free plan they were really responsive! Five stars aren't nearly enough for these guys!
