The app has been very easy to set up and customize, especially for creating a loyalty experience that aligns with our luxury wellness brand aesthetic. The UI is clean, intuitive, and integrates smoothly with both our online store and POS system, which was extremely important for us. We also appreciate the flexibility to customize rewards, branding, customer messaging, and loyalty pages to reflect our business identity instead of feeling overly “discount-driven.” What truly stood out was the support team. Emma and the BLOY team were responsive, kind, and quick to assist us with questions and adjustments during setup, including helping resolve branding concerns immediately.
