I suddenly started getting weekly emails for my "reports" despite not even having this app installed. If I did install it, it was probably a couple years ago. Why the sudden emails that I was unable to unsubscribe from? I emailed support asking to have my account deleted every week that I received this email about 4 times. No answer. No help. Just continued emails every single Monday I could not opt out of. I had to install this app just to delete my account finally and figured I'd also warn anyone who despises annoying emails and zero support to try another app.

I initially deleted Sezzle and was extremely frustrated at being charged monthly when Sezzle wasn't used by a customer. The fees did not feel small-business friendly. I wanted to update my review, because upon trying other BNPL services, Sezzle was the only one to accept a small business. So, given the available options, it appears Sezzle is the best, after all. I was using Typeform but the features I needed (like a button) were locked behind an inaccessible paywall. I am so pleased with Jebbit—it does everything I need it to while being aesthetically pleasing and free, to boot. Really glad I found it. It improves the image of my business. Also, support is amazing. They sent along a whole video tutorial for me. Very helpful as a visual learner.

This is the *only* pickup app on the entire app store that allows me to add local pickup to my website without also adding a "choose your shipping date" option. I don't want customers to choose a shipping date, that makes little sense for most ecommerce businesses. Yet every other app makes you do that if you need the pickup option as well. The app deserves 5 stars for that alone, and I've used it for about a year now with no issues. I needed the help of support today on an unrelated issue, and they solved 2 days of stress in literal seconds. Flawless app and incredible team of support behind it. Thank you so much.

This app has *everything* I need from an app and I'm thrilled to have found one that does. It allows me to give the option of pre-order AND 'notify me when back in stock'. The other pre-order apps I found only could offer one option at a time. I want both because not everyone wants to pre-order, they just want a back in stock notification. It's also the only app that also works on POS which is a huge bonus. I only wish you could process pre-orders on POS, too! It's also one of the most affordable options. Great user experience, every customization feature I could want. Thank you!!
