The support team is helpful in resolving my problem. The new PAYG plan is more fair in terms of charging us based on the real sales driven by the app. Will continue to review how this app is doing for the store.
Customer service is great - quick to respond and offer links to tutorials! I'd love to receive insight/suggestions on how I can further implement this app to improve my site.

Thank you for your positive experience and we are sure we'll be able to make this a 5-star review real soon! :D
useful app. I'd been a customer for over a year and they quietly changed their pricing model to something more confusing. Customer service is helpful though.

Art Bloom team - Thanks for being a long term customer. We did roll out new pricing but we did not move anyone to the new pricing plan -- it's an explicit opt in including details about the tiers and price points. If you feel you ended up there in error please reach out via our website chat or at support@limespot.com and we can make the appropriate adjustments. We'd love to have you back!
New to using this app but it has great potential. We have a lot of SKUs and this is a great way to illustrate just how diverse out offering is without use of navigation.

Great to see that you think LimeSpot Personalizer has great potential. We do aim to solve the choice overload when a store has a lot of SKUs. Looking forward to seeing LimeSpot Personalizer helping you solve the choice overload.
Great app! Makes the website look better, I'm not sure if it drives much more
Great customer service. They can configure it for you. They honor their conversion promise. Still waiting to see conversions.
We have been using the App for a few months now and it is quite a good one.
Have had a good experience with the support team - always get back to me and make suggestion to improve the functionality of the app. will be keeping this one
Very functional design and definitely adds value to the store.
Awesome app, the only issue I have is that the Targeting Tool (at least for me) is quite slow and gets frustrating when you have over 200 products that each need to have their keywords adjusted. If there was some way of bulk editing a group of items that have similar features, it would make this app really fantastic :).
Nice app and like it, only downside it I wish they could enable browser caching of static content.
Had the app for about a week or so, it seems to be working well in terms of putting relevant products in front of customers. Would be a 5 star if you were able to customise the look and feel of the app from within the admin. Visit our shop for sports netting & equipment! :)
