I have to change my review of this app, because every since I installed it had so many different problems all the time, and I need to constantly contact the support. The feed doesn't update properly, there is a lot of bugs. And now they have updated the plugin and removed the live chat support function.. This plugin have not been well developed, if you are small store and starting out its okay but I don't recommend it to big stores who can't afford to many problems.

Features are easy to use and support is on hand via a chat link when I need support which has been quick and helpful. So far its been a positive experience.

Totally a Fraud App They will make you fool and give you a shopify cdn llms.txt, which is not actually the real "llms.txt". the real llms looks only and only like "http//yourdomain/llms.txt no any other single word in url with llms.txt
Harvey was super helpful in getting my first feed set up done. I really like the support and the zeal to resolve the problem.
Easy to set up and completely free. Created an XML product feed in minutes. Works great for exporting products to price comparison sites. The support team is incredibly helpful and patient - special thanks to Rachel who guided me through every step of the setup process. Excellent app for managing product feeds! It’s very easy to set up and works smoothly with Google Shopping and other platforms. The automatic feed updates save a lot of time, and the interface is user-friendly even for beginners. What I liked most is the flexibility to customize feeds and the quick syncing without errors. This app is a great and free alternative to the paid feeds. I had a few quirks setting everything up, but the support was fast to help and answer my questions to make everything work. Thumbs up from me :-)

Nice app that works with a lot more sites then SHopify told me so I'm very happy New to this kind of information and how to get it so it wasn't a "foolproof" design in their app but I think I managed so It's pretty easy to use.

Customer Support is excellent. Harvey took the time to review a custom request for the Shopify API. The app is simple to use. Auto syncs to Shopify and you drop the feed into your chosen source. I highly recommend as a simple way to grow traffic from feed sources.

Great app, and on top of that, it's free! It doesn't get better than this! They have super-friendly support staff who work continuously to help users set their product feeds. Rachel was my support agent; she helped me clear all my issues with Google and Pinterest feed. 11/10 for her!
Haven't used the app for a long time yet but after installing three different product feed apps, this one seems to be the most user-friendly, straight forward even for beginners. Customer support is super helpful as well to find out if custom request are possible to manage.
Great app , very professional and smooth.You have all the settings/rules/mapping that you will need for your feeds.The only thing that needs to be improved is the SKU limit.

In short: The best customer support experience I've ever had, highly recommend it! Details: I downloaded this app to get a Yandex feed. It didn't work on my first try, and I was about to delete the app to find another solution. But the next day, before I even deleted it, support contacted me within the app, offering to check the generated feeds and possibly offer assistance if I needed it. This isn't a chatbot, but a real person. They walk you through all the setup steps, hand-in-hand, with screenshots when necessary (!) When the problem is solved, they thank you (!!). If the problem isn't solved, they send your individual case to their backend for development for a comprehensive solution and further refinement of their app (!!!). The best, I'm already a fan of yours.
