Very good app, little expensive but worth the price as the app does everything you need it to do and better! And also the support is amazing, your not talking to bots but actually humans and they assign you a personal performance manager witch is amazing.

An easy to use app once you get the hang of it with very responsive and helpful support team - even on the Starter Plan. Same person stayed with me across 24+ hours of troubleshooting, sending 2x instructional Looms, and following up. Very hard to find that level of responsiveness in my experience.

The process feels well managed from initial app installation through to website launch, with onboarding typically taking around two weeks. The app is both functional and customer-friendly, making it simple to manage subscriptions while maintaining a smooth experience across our online store.

We moved two stores from Kaching to Loop and the part I expected to be painful was not: Loop handled the import and everything was tested before it went live. Jagrit ran the onboarding and was quick, clear, and actually reachable when we had questions. The two weeks of hypercare afterwards meant we were never left guessing.
I am extremely happy with Loop. We have now used three different subscription integrations and Loop's customer service has surpassed all of them. Their migration and onboarding team was fantastic. I am very happy with their widget, cancellation flows, and customer portal. My migration specialist, Devak, was awesome!

Onboarding and migration from another subscription app was seamless. Tarun was fantastic to work with during the onboarding. I never had help with my former subscription app. I already have more functionality and data than I could ever need, plus the widget customization is exactly what I was looking for. This is the subscription app you NEED. All around 5 stars!
We moved to Loop because we were looking for a better experience for our customers to be able to manage their own subscriptions. 6 months in our customer service issues have gone down and our customers are managing their subscriptions on their own. We also were able to allow customers to add a regular product to their orders. We've had very few issues with the app, and when we have raised them to our support team, the response has been quick and issues have been resolved.
What really stood out to us was the support after the migration. The Loop team continued to work closely with us, helping us troubleshoot issues and making sure everything was running smoothly. Having a team that stays involved beyond the initial onboarding makes a huge difference.
was quite difficult to choose which sub app to go, chosed loop. took me a while to set it up and learn the app. looks pretty advanced with all the options you can choose, rewards, cancel flows, widget design, email customization etc. they have pretty good AI that answers questions fast and also real human support that are always helpful. so far im pleased.

I’ve been super happy with Loop! The customer support team has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire integration, especially with moving all of our existing subscribers over from our previous subscription platform. They made what could have been a complicated process feel very straightforward. The platform itself also gives us far more flexibility and customization than we had before. I especially like the gamification, retention, and anti-churn features, which give us a lot more tools to improve the subscriber experience. I’m really happy we made the move to Loop and would definitely recommend it to other Shopify brands running subscriptions.

We had a great experience working with Adi to get set up on Loop. Our previous subscription platform migration process was a nightmare, so we were definitely anxious about having to go through that process again. However, Adi provided a very detailed pre-migration plan, we had multiple meetings to ensure everyone was aligned on next steps, and all of this ensured a very smooth migration. Five stars, and honestly it's mostly because of the people. We've run our subscription program on Loop for a while, and the real difference came when we started working closely with their team. Saksham, our CSM, treats our retention numbers like they're his own. He set up our rewards journey and streaks program, rebuilt our failed payment recovery with segmented offers, and put a proper A/B testing framework on our cancellation flow. Churn dropped around 10% within weeks of those changes going live. On the technical side, Varun has been just as good. Anything that needs configuring or fixing gets handled fast, usually same day, with clear explanations instead of endless ticket back and forth. Plenty of subscription apps look similar on paper. What you actually get with Loop is a team that knows retention inside out and does the work with you. Easy recommendation.
Aadi Gupta & Sharath Gowda were both super helpful, cooperative, and excellent throughout the onboarding process. We had a few minor issues as expected with migrating a load of mrr and getting on a new platform but everything was fixed very quickly, in one case Aman called in from his home later in the night even and helped me fix a problem within an hour or two. Really great job by the team and I appreciate everything they've done, so far we are happy with loop.
We migrated to Loop from another subscription app and the whole process was much smoother than expected. Our account manager guided us through the entire migration and hypercare phase, and was always quick to respond whenever we ran into questions. Beyond the migration, the platform itself has made a real difference: the customer portal has reduced our support load since subscribers can now manage their own subscriptions, and the cancellation flow has already saved us subscriptions we would have lost outright with our previous setup. The retention tooling in particular has been a big step up. Highly recommend for any brand serious about subscriptions!
