LYVECOM: Shoppable Video & UGC

Slowed the store loading time significantly, designated placement in the store, no option to move up to different location on the product pages, collections, no support at all. Scheduled an on boarding call with Krista twice, and she didn't show up, then messaged though through chat box and was offered a call on another day, which i was open to, then they immediately said that that day was not available. I also emailed several times and got no reply and scheduled a call with Max who was also "no show".

We've been using them for the last 6 months and it has been nothing short of extraordinary. The support is responsive and helpful. The onboarding video is crisp and clear. It definitely adds a degree of legitimacy and authenticity to our store. We love the scrollable UGC as it speaks more than reviews and in a different way. The price is a little steep, so would love if it could hopefully come down in the future, especially for up and coming stores. Some feature ideas that might be really helpful: - If a user purchases from our store, is it possible to know if they interacted with the Lyve widget. This way we can truly know and attribute it's ROI. - Speed up the app/widget so that it doesn't slow down the page as much. Thanks for the great app!! :)

Both this app and the team involved are amazing - they hold your hand through implementation, respond quickly to any questions, and are constantly releasing new features. If you’re a social media-active brand with your own or UGC content, you need this app. The integration is seamless, and it looks like a natural part of your theme. One of our favorite features is the ‘buy now’ button on the videos and the ability to configure bubbles for individual SKUs. Live Selling? Lyvecom is the one!! After much searching we found an app that seamlessly integrates into all of Shopify including inventory. Even better the Lyvecom team is amazing to work with and very responsive.

Lyve is relatively a newer player in the shoppable video game, and they are crushing it. Implementation was swift and easy thanks to the dedicated team. Their support and nimble ability to release new features beat many other tools out there.

Just getting started with this app and Max has been phenomenal and helping me get going! Every question I have asked he has answered me quickly and even jumped on Google meet calls to make sure I was comfortable with everything that I was doing. I recommend this 100%.

Awesome team to work with and super easy to implement. Conversions are much higher for live shopping while using LyveCom vs going live using other third-party social media platforms alone. Even better, we are able to stream to our other platforms simultaneously!

Lyvecom has been absolutely awesome for us. We have been using them since they first launched and there is no other shoppable video app that is releasing new features as fast as them. We have had no issues with bugs and the conversion rate speaks for itself and more than pays for the monthly cost. We looked into other services and they are way to complex. Such a great app to grow your conversion rate on your website. We use Live shopping feature for our new launches & its a great way for us to connect with or customers. Building community is so important! The first time I did Live, 13 people signed up only 5 people was on. But 3 out of those 5 purchased. So you can imagine how crazy it would be if we had 4-5k sign ups... Thank you Lyvecom!

We were easily able to get up and running with lives and do 1-on-1 video styling appointments which our customers have been loving.
