Great app and excellent support We use Magical Custom Fields on our Turkish Shopify store to let customers upload their own images and provide custom order details directly on the product page. This is very useful for our custom-made products and makes the ordering process much easier for both our customers and our team. The app works well, is easy to set up, and the support team has been very helpful. I requested Turkish translations, and they quickly updated the app to support Turkish language fields. This was a great improvement for our store. Thank you to Jeff and the Magical Apps team for the fast and friendly support. Highly recommended for stores that sell personalized or custom products.

I'm so excited about this app! We are running a fundraiser on Shopify (for certain products) and I couldn't figure out a way to collect info that gives credit to those driving traffic. I've had multiple support requests for Magical Fields do to the complexity of what we offer, and what we expect internally to keep our operation running smoothly. The service is always excellent and fast. And while this app still doesn't do EVERYTHING that we would like it to, it does make it possible for us to offer our products via Shopify. We couldn't do this without them.

Works very well for our floral web site to allow us to put in extra fields (e.g. Card messages). Simple set up and go for us (shopify newbies!). Also, they did some work for us as well to include those extra fields in the order confirmation emails as well, which is great.

The app works fine and do its job. We had some problems with it (compatibility with the “buy it now” button), but the support team was as quick as possible to help sort it out and self-corrected the problem within a day.

Fantastic app for our products that require custom fields. This has helped us make countless schools happy by being able to put "teacher name", "student name" , "grade" etc.. Developer is quick to respond with assistance and always helpful.

This app is good! I do wish there was a little more logic possible, especially with fields from the order that are managed outside the app (in my example I wanted to make certain form fields required depending on ship method), but within the scope of what it promises, this app does what it says it'll do. The support was very speedy and professional as well! I am uninstalling it because my need for it got omitted from my current project, but if I have a need for it again, I wouldn't hesitate for a second.

Really useful app. Had a couple issues getting it started and the Dev was happy to help us get set up.

We are really enjoying the flexibility this app provides. Only request is that we would be able to "duplicate" fields we've already created. Customer service is EXCELLENT... we are looking forward to exploring this app more, and seeing just what we can accomplish with it.

Excellent customer service! I had trouble adding a custom field due to the specific theme I am using for my store and their team was so kind to go in and help bypass the issue. I just had to give them permission to do so, which I was glad to do. Thanks for being awesome!

With the extensive customization needed for our products this is a lifesaver. Easy to use. Would love to see the option to duplicate fields and fields options, and also link to products by tag (maybe under custom conditions).
