Massy B2B Wholesale Pricing has been a really useful addition to our Shopify store. Setting up custom pricing for different customer groups and volume discounts is straightforward, and the order limit and customer tagging features make managing wholesale customers much easier. I also like that the app brings several B2B functions together instead of needing multiple apps to handle different parts of the wholesale process. The setup was smooth, and the support team has been helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, a solid and flexible solution for Shopify stores that are growing their wholesale business.
I have tested several wholesale apps over the years and this one is by far my favorite one. Easy to setup has everything you need to setup a wholesale interface on your website. Their support is always right there to help and fast and competent.

I needed to add to my shopify page a wholesale login function. I think I chose Massy B2B because they had 15 days free trial. 3 days from subsribe to generate wholesale order. Support team was helpful. Katie answered all my questions. Very easy to install and configure. I recommend this app.

Massy App has done wonders for me because it resolved the pricing discount problem in exactly same way as I wanted. Initially, the pricing did not show correctly in 2 sections. Their support is truly supportive and quick enough to resolve the issue within 24 hours. While I look forward to connect with them just in case of any query in future, I wish my best of luck in their endeavors.

Massy's wholesale app offers the full and flexible functionality we need to allow specific customers to access their own discounts and wholesale prices. Massy's customer service is par-to-none. After experiencing an issue related to own theme files, Massy's dev jumped on it and had it fixed within the hour. Amazing.

It's better than many other discount apps in the market. Easy to set, flexible rules, and the supporter Mary is very helpful. She answers questions immediately always. And the Dev will asist customizations! I hope you can launch more functions like order discounts and custom CSS etc.

The app is great and helpful in solving most issues I have with setting up B2B alongside B2C! Mary has been super quick and helpful in getting my email verified and answering my questions. Would be great if the shipping option also allowed hidin other shipping rates, not just discount the general rates.

Massy is really just the best and especially because of the attentiveness and helpful attitudes of Peony, Seyla and Mary. They are all knowledgeable and actually want to help and solve any issues you might have. I couldn't have gotten my store up and running without their help. What an amazing team behind this app! They help you with every question you have, even when the questions are quite complicated. They always do their best to support us and find solutions. Suggestions or features that Massy does not support yet are genuinely taken into team meetings and often added in the future. It really shows how much they listen to their customers. Very excellent app, as a wholesaler I really like their features, and when I have questions I contact their staff, they are very willing to help me. I hope all the bosses support them more.

Our experience so far has been great. Some of the features aren't super intuitive but everything we need is there and the support staff is super quick to point you in the right direction or help with customizations. This app has a lot more features than the others we tried. We're very happy.

We ran into an issue where the discounted pricing did not adjust because of a subscription widget that we had installed. While they were not able to solve this issue, I appreciate Sylvia checking with her development team, after hours, to see if a resolution could be found. They have now upgraded the request so that a new feature can be developed so that others don't have the same issue. Not much more to ask of them as they are actively working to make this app better.

I definitely can recommend Massy B2B app to anyone looking to offer a different price for their wholesale customers. The features in the app do appear limited at first but once you dig in you realize how powerful it actually is. I reached out to their support on a few occasions because the features were not always working exactly as I wanted/needed them to. Sylvia from support was INCREDIBLY responsive and along with their development team so very helpful. Very customized customer service experience.

I installed the Massy B2B Wholesale Pricing app yesterday after having some difficulty with a competing product. The installation was quick and easy and I could see discount pricing immediately. I did have an issue with product pricing on one of my pages and reached out to the support team. Everyone I worked with was friendly and effective.
