It was an easy process to set up and a helpful service for my business.
Merchants should use the Trusted Site app as a display on their businesses to gain clients trust. It stamps a level of approval.

It's hard to leave a review when your trying to start a Real store for the right reasons and every turn is another push to pay more money. Is this another scam for store owners to deal with or is it real to protect owners and customers. We shall see and I will update review at that time.

Thanks for your feedback. It looks like the trustmark stopped displaying when the monthly visit allowance on your previous plan was reached. Now that you’ve upgraded to a plan that supports your site’s traffic, it appears to be displaying as expected. We appreciate you upgrading and will reach out separately to ensure you are getting the most out of the service!
I am not able to get the help I need with this app. I reached out to customer service and never get a call back
I’m Deaf-Blind “trial and error” mainstream schools self-educated unaided former bank clerk 1986-1990, poet, author and publisher of 3-8 books and masterpiece timeless epic poem “GLOOMY FATE” (FATE - HARBINGER IN THE TEMPLE OF DOOM) and (CALAMITOUS - MAN vs FATE) 2) “AMERICAN EVIL EMPIRE” (RUMBLING AT THE JUNGLE). I’m trying to navigate the TrustedSite and Shopify store platform to familiarize myself with through “trial and error.” I thought TrustedSite says the monthly fee is $29.00 but instead it displays hidden fee of over $380.00 lump sum! My store website link https://72a120-7d.myshopify.com.
Beware of this company. In my experience, it appears they may be using automated bot traffic originating from Ashburn, Virginia that repeatedly logs in and out of websites, which can result in additional monthly charges regardless of the plan selected. I believe this practice is misleading and unfair to customers. If others have experienced similar issues, I would be interested in hearing about your experiences and exploring potential legal options, including a possible class-action lawsuit. Please share your experience if you have encountered the same problem.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration, and we're happy to investigate further. We've reached out to you directly to help resolve this concern. For some clarity: our scanner does crawl your site for our security certification, but it identifies itself clearly as the TrustedSite crawler and is excluded from all of our visit tracking. You can rest assured it isn't adding to the traffic billed on your plan. Our crawler also never logs into any website, so the login activity you described would not be related to us. Some malicious bots do disguise what they are, and on occasion, they can inflate traffic counts even with our advanced bot filtering in place. We're glad to review the traffic we've billed on your site, and we've already issued a refund for the charge while we look into it. Great addition for customers to feel comfortable in their purchase and a great team behind the product. Responsive and truly helpful.
It’s pointless and there is a very low limit on the trusted tab shows for the free version. 39$ a month seems way too much for a small business store

October2025 - 6 years into having a top tier TrustedSite Badge on my small micro business online store has been vital for visitors trust. Highly recommend using the TrustedSite App services. October 2024 - TrustSite continues to be the #1 app for trust badges within my shop. Professional and trustworthy. Reached out to TrustedSite to have dialog about option for niche store, received phone call with suggestions and also recommendation to add Trust badges that were included in package but not visible on site. Jay was totally helpful in accomplishing the set-up to take advantage of trust badge placement in critical checkout locations.

After entering all the information, the badge lasted a week or two before it stopped showing. It was a leader to get you to upgrade plan…

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. With our free plan, the floating trustmark is displayed for up to 500 website visits each month. Once that limit is reached, the badge temporarily stops showing but will automatically resume displaying at the start of the next month. Still not seeing the trusted badge after a week. I have sent in all information over a week ago.
