April 2026: I have been using Tapita for a while now and my experience with the chat team (Channie), and developers that have been assigned to updates on my site have been thorough and excellent with communicating details and resolution at every request. Highly recommend this app. I am a week in from transitioning to Tapita as my needs were an all-in-one App service provider for SEO, Core Vitals, etc and they have exceeded expectations. At the beginning was a bit of a learning curve but without fail around the clock their tech team is solid excellence, for advice assisting with areas that require more tech savy skills and the follow-up to make sure everything was aligned to satisfaction as it relates to improvements. Highly recocommend. The Tapita team have been highly responsive and helpful with recommendations and actions to improve current site SEO and Speed status on store. Again, thanks for all the support.

10/2/2025 - Hosted Email as originally stated has absolutely fantastic customer service and great app for small online shops. Highly recommend adding for hosted email services. Great app to round out as many service apps as possible under Shopify. It makes it so much easier to manage. Nice guided steps to set up, it took a couple of hours to remember the DNS host to achieve that portion of the setup. I am hoping as Hosted Email advances its technology it can incorporate an updated visual email format, fonts, etc, and allow adding logos/art; the appearance of the email is dated compared to Outlook. Highly recommend the app if you are flexible about using this alternative to Outlook. Thank you for your review. October2025 - 6 years into having a top tier TrustedSite Badge on my small micro business online store has been vital for visitors trust. Highly recommend using the TrustedSite App services. October 2024 - TrustSite continues to be the #1 app for trust badges within my shop. Professional and trustworthy. Reached out to TrustedSite to have dialog about option for niche store, received phone call with suggestions and also recommendation to add Trust badges that were included in package but not visible on site. Jay was totally helpful in accomplishing the set-up to take advantage of trust badge placement in critical checkout locations.

Concise and easy to promptly download and set-up; immediate support to assist wherever needed which was great. The technology and features appear to be amazing and well thought-app for an SEO app. I downloaded as a trial to evaluate opportunities to improve the store resources effectively without increasing budgets that do not exist right now. If you have the budget I highly recommend to add this app, first glance and testing appears to be a all-in-one option versus have so many duplicate apps with the same function.

The instructions are often times easy to follow and google representatives are great with support for Google Ads. The only issue for small shopify stores is google does not have automation for the reviews that are featured from customers on the shopify store they should automatically migrate to the google shopping page versus trying to get customers to set-up reviews direct on the google site.

My experience with Simple Bundles has been exactly what you would hope for in a app service provider. Most times when a shop owner has little to no experience on the coding and development side it can be a wingit trial and error when you are not really sure what you need. Every person from the moment I installed the app went above and beyond to support in the set-up and providing solutions and ideas when I felt like it did not align with what I had envisioned. Final results the team went over and beyond to understand my business for the best solution for bundles and option products. Highly recommend for "Bundling Product" options. They also have great videos as tools.

Love this app, upon reading instructions I was able to quickly understand how to set-up a free printable download with certain products. I just was not able to add a free printable to a entire collection without adding the items each individually. Hope to see upgrades such as creating a Digital Collection to add digital files some free and some with cost associated. Great job with app.

Added this app to my store and it works fantastic, had a generic pop-up but wanted an app with a range of design options. Easy to install and looks fantastic on my site. I have found that people are annoyed by popups so I limit them to just one, hopefully technology will advance to incorporate multiple features in just one pop-up.

Everything described in their scope of work started working once the app installation was completely set up. The frustration from receiving loads of visitors daily for the past two months was not possible for a niche gift shop with a concentrated audience base. Also, it was a bot-driven situation skewing my shop analytics, and knowing that I market only in the USA, all visitors were from 90% IRAQ. The BM Blocker dashboard and app features are the best I have seen in an app for this type of resolution. I highly recommend it if you need a blocking solution for unwanted bot clicks.

I could use the Shopify store form app. However, I was receiving complaints from people that they were receiving emails from my store unsolicited. So I decided to try another app; making sure that the sign-ups were legitimate opt-in; this was very easy and simple to set up.

Happy to find an app that has integrated store speed, this has been a previous issue in the pass with other apps drastically slowing down store. The technology for email pop-up is fantastic, high-impact design look and feel, easy to set-up and launch. I am a week in and so far great experience.

After many times attempting to upload my store products to Google direct and deleting the google app 3x. I decided to search for a service. Wow what a comprehensive service that has all the technology in place for products especially custom to accomplish uploading on Google shopping. The overall format of the report/audit is superb, would love to see more details on how to resolve areas pointed out for improvement. I would probably say that the majority of users of this app do not have tech or developers background so the language can be useless if not direct and to the point of how to make changes and not willing to take a risk with changing coding. I have purchased the Traffic booster - looking forward to any positive results once approved by Google. I highly recommend adding the app to monitor stats and take steps to raise the bar of store. I also love that you actually have a direct customer contact. I really wish this app offered store speed improvement. Why isn't there one app that does all inclusive optimization, seo, speed, popups, customization etc. Paying for so many different apps to achieve all improvements communicated in an audit with low sales volume is disappointing.

update: 1/27 - The support is excellent, reached out due to app being missing from website visibility. The timely support to resolve was so appreciated. I added the app to add IG presence on home page, this app is superb as ease of installing and the overall appearance of the IG feed is professional, better alignment with brand look and feel.

Review is based on initial set-up and installation of premium. Communication is prompt! I will review again after 11 week period once I have the ability to see results of schema as outlined in app overview. I would suggest a dashboard view that shows progress of the functions applicable to the actual store, otherwise it is difficult to gauge success of the installed app.

I added this app to my store to support a higher level of SEO automation, it is a must have, I recently reached out to SMART SEO team due to an update of my store template and noticed that all the SEO 100 scores had reverted back to low scores. I used this app to add to store to improve and increase page speed after failed attempts with other Apps. Within 3-days my page speed went from 21 to 58. I added this app after searching for an all in one app with expanded functionality to automate SEO, Image optimization, meta tags, 404 errors and store speed, this app so far is a "winner" in doing so much more, but it does take time and patience to understand how to maneuver some of the menu options when you are clueless about adding meta-tags etc. The support is amazing, timely and excellent in responding to all questions. I will enjoy this addition to my store and look forward to added innovation for automation - leaving it to the experts to work their magic behind the scenes. Highly recommend.

Switched to this app to improve and see actual results of page speed performance and yes within 30 minutes site was improved. Love this! My issues have been receiving constant reports from Google showing poor page speed. Hopefully I will continue to see ongoing consistent performance.
